"Y/n watch this, im going to win you a prize first time!" parker said cheerfully walking over to the hoop tossing pit.

"yeah right, those things are rigged" i scoffed at his hope, parker put his money on the table as the man gave him 5 hoops.

"watch im amazing" i laughed at his confidence while i glanced at the ferris wheel. i looked back to see parker actually got one of the rings on the bottle.

"IM ACTUALLY AMAZING!" he yelled before he jumped all over me, i laughed before pushing him off.

"your an idiot parker" he walked back to the counter as the man handed him a pink monkey.

"for you my lady" he held the toy out, i took the toy and hugged it.

"thank you. where to next parker?" i asked, he looked at his watch before looking panicked.

"the ferris wheel" he pointed before running, i started jogging behind him, watching as he spoke to the person, he turned and pointed to me before gesturing for me to come up. they opened the door and we both hopped in. i placed the monkey down next to me and watch as parker thanks the man and gets in.

"so why could'nt we wait in line?" i asked confused by parkers anxious state. i looked at him for a moment before i looked out the window.

"because the man said he'd stop it at the top for us" parker mumbled. i looked at him, smiling widely.

"oh thank you,thank you, thank you." i leaned over and hugged parker. he patted my back.

"well i know how much you like the view each time the fair comes to town" i smiled.

"you remembered" i looked out the window and placed my hand there.

"actually y/n, i remember so much more about you." he caught my attention, so i looked back at him. he was blushing.

"the way your eyes light up when you see something you like, the way you smirk when you find something funny but not sure of laughing... all of it. i remember" parker was looking down the whole time. i placed my hand under his chin and lifted his face to look at me.

"why're you ashamed of remembering? were besties right?" parkers mouth opened before shut. he moved my hand into him.

"i dont want to be just besties. because i want to have something more with you, i want to marry my best friend one day so i thought how about start with this." the ferris wheel stopped right at the top. i averted my eyes for a second to see the city lights.

"Y/n...will you go out with me?" i looked back, the view i just saw was all in parkers eyes. he was the reason i loved this view because it could all be captured in his eyes.

"y-yes" i croaked out, catching parker by suprise. he leaned forward and hugged me tight.

"thank god, because i didnt know what to do if you'd said no" he sighed in my ear, i pulled back and looked him dead in the eye.

"i was joking" his smile dropped which caused me to smirk.

"god damn that smirk gave me away, but you should've seen your face." i laughed and parker ran his hands through his hair.

"god damn i almost died Y/n!"
