Jus pov.
i sat in the apartment waiting for him to come home. it was 1 in the morning, again i was sitting waiting for him night after night. i couldnt deal with it anymore, him coming home wasted. i had changed the locks on the door in the day and just waited for him to try.
i heard the door handle rustle before there was a knock at the door, i kept the latch on as i opened the door so he couldnt push his way through. i peeked through and saw him.
"Jus what the fuck are you doing, let me in" i looked up and into his eyes.
"i cant" i spoke softly, he looked made as he kicked the door, i shook a bit before he stared at me again.
"Let me in" he spoke as he ran his hands through his hair.
"i cant, not for you anymore" i mumbled and looked down. i began to shut the door when he stuck his foot in between the door and wall.
"Jus....please" he was tearing up as he looked, his hand slipped through and felt for mine. i let go of the door and moved back. he clenched his hand around the door as he got mad and shook it. i mentally cursed myself for feeling bad.
"im....not with you brayden" i spoke, he paused. "were breaking up, ill pay to get your stuff moved to a new place for you..." i spoke, i heard his his head bang on the door as his hand drop. i felt a tear drip onto my cheek.
"Im sorry." i heard him whisper. i crouched down against a wall. "im sorry jus let me in" i heard him repeat himself .
"if you were sorry you would've noticed" i spoke quietly.
"what did i do, please tell me" i could hear his tears spill down his face.
"everything" i replied as i covered my ears, he started to shake the door again. i stood up and started shutting the door again. his foot didnt return in between, he'd given up this time. i shut it and locked it again.
i slid down the door and felt a bump on the back of my head. i knew brayden was on the other side, i clenched my fist and curled up into a ball.
"im sorry"
