i heard a knock on the door and walked downstairs with my heart clenched. i had decided that maybe and brayden should break-up. he was away at college all the time and when he was back he barely spent time with me.

"its ok y/n, he'll understand" i gave myself a pep talk as i shook my hands and took a deep breath. i pulled the door open to reveal brayden with flowers. my heart squeezed as i felt guilty.

"these are for you" he passed over the flowers with his signature smile...brayden you make this harder than needed. i gripped the flowers and looked down at them before i looked back up to him.

"uh brayden..." i bit my lip as i passed the flowers back.

"i hope you understand my reasons but i dont think i can do this anymore...we should break up" i spoke fast as i shut my eyes, when i looked up at his face the smile that was there moments ago was gone. 

it was now replaced with tears flowing down his face. he dropped the flowers as he faked a smiled and wiped his face.

"uh no its fine...i get it, we're barely together anymore. sorry it must've been hard for you" he scratched the back of his neck before he walked off the front porch and into his car. i watched him leave before i bent down and picked up the flowers.

"what have i done" i felt the tears drip down my face, i placed the flowers in a vase before i collapsed on to the floor in a sobbing mess.

"i made a huge mistake" i curled up into a ball and stayed there until 5pm. i decided i had to do something about this. i jumped into my car and saw the red under my eyes, go get your man y/n. i smiled at myself as i pulled up outside of braydens window. 

i threw a rock at his window causing him to look out, i opened my mouth and took a breath. this has got to work right.

"Hello, hello, I know it's been a while

I know that I left you all alone . " i paused and looked up at him, i fiddled with my fingers before i continued.

  "Yeah, now I'm back at your door

I should've seen it before
You're all I think about, baby " i gulped for air as i realised i was crying now. i looked up at him as he joined along in singing.

"  I was so stupid for letting you go
But I-I-I know you're still the one
You might have moved on"  i looked up to see he was gone and i crouched onto the ground and continued crying.

"i messed up" i cried out before there was a hand on my shoulder, i looked up and saw brayden and hugged him.

"im so sorry. im a idiot..i still love you. i didnt know how much it would hurt until i lost you" i cried out as he laughed through his tears.

"i love you to y/n"

i am back. and some of my 100 fanfic is up. i've actually been enjoying writing that and i dont know why.

i still love this but with the fanfic i wrote 10,000 words in under 3 hours.

but you guys are still my favourite people to write for.
