Chapter 34 Ivy's Shift

(Ivy's true form)

(So sorry I had exams last week and this week so sorry for the late update enjoy the story's update though!)

* I was focusing on my breathing as I felt my skin ripple by my shoulder blades and what felt like fire get lit across my back my ears were slowly getting lengthened and the cartilage expanded at the top of my ears making it more noticeably pointed. My nails were rearranging and the nails fell out replacing it with sharp black nails. My teeth began to ache and slowly bleed then they fell out leaving more pointed and sharp teeth behind my hair buzzed to life and my scalp heated up and a headache formed right before my hair fell out and regrew with a whiter and more of a luminous glow. In this timeframe my back was literally on fire burning my skin as cartilage started to cause my skin to get extremely tight before bone ripped through my skin I held in a scream as tears streamed down my face and blood ran along my back as it slowly seeped onto my curse marks and disintegrated leaving it with a red stain that faded to silver. The bone continued to grow out and slowly branched downward into delicate spindrils that were flexibly and light like much like butterfly wings my wings were still furled up so they wouldn't be seen however they contrasted with my body since they were pure ebony black my hair slowly began to get ebony strips in it if the moon hit my hair just right then they would be seen as ebony otherwise my hair appears white with a luminous glow. Jinx was rubbing against my hand which was clenching Darkshadow's mane she was purring trying to comfort me,however it didn't help it just irritated my skin further so I pushed her away,she laid down and left me to continue my shift.
My eyes were next my tears were slowly drying up and being replaced with blood I let go of Darkshadow's mane and held my eyes or rather my face where my eyes were as blood started to pour out onto my hands then disintegrated into smoke my pupils slowly started to change to a white and my iris was now allowed to change more freely with my emotion so currently it was a blackish purple. Finally my transformation was compleat with the curse mark turning silver and moving along my arm like it was alive so each move or twitch of my muscle caused the dragons along my skin to move as if they were alive I shifted my hair from the left side of my face so it was showing and durning the transformation my attire had changed to a simple white dress and black boots and gloves. Darkshadow sped up even faster and Jinx sat on my lap while Darkshadow continued on in his direcrion I had no control over my feelings my knowledge of what was happening was surprisingly sharp unlike the other times I had control over some of my actions and thoughts, but not much. I was craving bloodshed and my eyes began to turn silver and my teeth elongated I heard a clash of metal on metal and grunts off in the distance a sly/evil look found its way onto my face Darkshadow could feel my excitement and tossed his head up into the air. What was sad I was actually excited to kill and these were my actual thoughts my true inner thoughts I never said or showed. This shift showed ones most true and inner self if it is hidden behind a wall or mask hidden by magic that was part of my curse it brought out the true inner being of a person as well as held it back it all depended on the individual and how open or closed of to the world they were and I, was quiet closed off. My eyes flickered into the woods zoning in onto the small things like the leaves falling or the slight shift of the hairs on a rabbits fur or the twitch of a deers nose in the distance. My senses were sharp however my teeth and blood lust were sharper and more savage.*

"Mei velocius tenebris equum velocius"

*Darkshadow sped up turning into the dark cloud surrounding him so now only the parts of his that had red were showing in swirls as he ran always speeding up never losing his pace nor stride. My eyes darted around quickly taking in the scene before me, blonde hair and green eyes clashed with icy blue eyes and black and red hair my senses were in overdrive not making any sense of anything my nails sharpened to what appears to be claws as well as my teeth. My wings which had been furled up before came out as I took off into the air hovering above the two daintily on delicate wings with a sly smile plastered on my face the two stopped fighting mid clash I no longer appeared as I once did my darker Faye blood was taking over with the smell of blood turning my hair black and my eyes a dark black as well I had two sides to my blood lineage my dark and light side easily described.*

"Well now you two certainly aren't very clean,I could do so much better keep it so clean then paint this moonlit night with pretty shades of ohh so pretty cyan. The real question is will I be quick or take my ohh so sweet time,merciful or merciless?
Painless or.....excruciating?"
