Kiana Diggory

The whole first week of classes were terrible. I was stacked with homework and always tired. I planned on sleeping in my whole weekend.

"Kay," someone whispered.

I rolled in my bed and hid my face in my blanket.

"Kay, it's Angelina. Wood called a practice," Angelina whispered.

I am going to kill him if it's early in the morning.

"What time is it," I groaned.

"6 o'clock in the morning," Angelina answered.

"What's today," I asked.

"Saturday," she said a bit more afraid.

I shot out of my bed and stormed downstairs in my pink polka dot pajama shorts and white sports bra. My hair was in a messy bun and I had fuzzy socks on. I entered the common room and saw Oliver Wood standing in the middle of the boys and Katie.

"Oliver Wood," I growled.

"Good luck mate," Fred chuckled and shoved Oliver towards me.

"H-he-hey Kay," Oliver said nervously.

"It is 6 a.m. and you expect me to get up and go out there to practice," I hissed.

"Please. For the team," Oliver begged.

"I have been stacked with assignments. All I wanted to do was sleep. Wood, I'm going to kill you," I snapped.

"Kay, please we need to beat Slytherin," Oliver whined.

I rolled my eyes and groaned.

"Fine give me five minutes to get ready," I hissed.

I angrily stomped upstairs and removed my pajama shorts. I slid on my black tights and placed my Quidditch sweatshirt over my sports bra. I tied my hair into a pony tail and brushed my teeth. I then slipped my fuzzy socks off replacing them with my Gryffindor ones. I then slid my combat boots on and grabbed my Nimbus Two Thousand. I went back downstairs and sat on the couch, fight the sleep.

"Who else are we waiting for," I asked.

"You were the last one we wanted to wake up, quite frankly you scare us," George chuckled lightly.

"Ready Kay," Harry asked.

I nodded. Harry extended a hand out for me to hold and I accepted it. He also held my broom while I tied my hair into a more secure pony tail. I heard something clutter behind me and I turned around.

"I heard someone saying your name on the stairs, Harry! Look what I've got here! I've had it developed, I wanted to show you hello Kiana. You're even more prettier in real life," a first year said excitedly.

The first year handed the picture to Harry and I saw that it was a black and white moving picture of Harry and Lockhart. I snorted.

"Will you sign it," the first year asked eagerly.

"No," Harry said flatly. "Sorry, Colin, we're in a hurry Quidditch practice."

Harry and I climbed through the portrait hole.

"Oh wow! Wait for me! I've never watched a Quidditch game before," Colin said.

Colin scrambled through the hole after us.

"It'll be really boring," Harry said.

He looked at me with pleading eyes.

"You two were the youngest House players in a hundred years, weren't you, Harry and Kiana? Weren't you," Colin said as he stood besides me. "You two must be brilliant. Well, Kiana's brilliant school wise but I've heard you come up with the plays for the Chasers. Is it easy? Flying? Are those your brooms? Are those the best ones?"
