Hey! I am only doing one chapter today because my family adopted another dog this morning!!!!! We are kind of busy right now but tomorrow I will have a lot of time to write because I am off of school. I only have time for one chapter today so here it is.

AUDREY'S P.O.V.
By the time I woke up the next day Newt was already gone and, hopefully, in a better mood. I changed my clothes and walked into the hallway. I decided to grab breakfast first then go see what I could do.
I couldn't climb because of my wrist and head injuries. I would probably help in the fields or the kitchen doing small things until I could climb again
As much as I hated it, it was probably for the best. My head still hurt and I could barely move my hand. I already knew the next week of my life would be the worst.
I went to the kitchen and asked Fryoan for whatever he made that morning.
"Well breakfast is over but I can give you some lunch," he said. How is breakfast done already?
"What time is it?" I asked
"Like noon. You've been out for forever, now, do you want the food or not?"
"Yeah I guess" I said. I stayed and ate by the counter and talked to Fry. All the other boys normally didn't eat until 1 o'clock so I ended up with a simple sandwich. When u was done u jumped down from the counter I was sitting on.
"Thanks Fry," I said "do you know where Newt is by any chance?"
"I dunno probably doing his job"
I rolled my eyes at his tone and laughed, "You should be doing your's too. The soup you're attempting to make is boiling over"
He turned around to see the large pot with the liquid bubbling over the top. He said a few choice words.and hurriedly.tried to fix the meal.
"Well looks like you have your hands full," I said walking out the door, "bye Fry!"
I walked outside to try and find Newt but I couldn't. I asked zart and he pointed to the dead heads saying he was getting fertilizer.
I entered the the woods. I still couldn't find Newt after a half hour of wondering around. I was in the deepest part of the dead heads where the graves were. I stayed as far from them as possible. They scared me just about as much as the Griever screams. I reached the corner of the glade where both of the walls connected. I stepped into the tiny clearing to see something I didn't expect.
Ben.
