AUDREY'S P.O.V
Thomas woke up at about noon. His eyes shot open and looked up at Teresa, who was leaning over him.
"Hey." she said
"Are you okay?" I asked and he looked at me Newt Chuck and Minho.
"What the Hell were you thinking?" Chuck asked harshly.
"Where am i?" Thomas asked looking around.
"Gally's taken control. Said we had a choice. Either join him or get banished at sundown." Newt explained.
"And the others agreed to that?" Thomas asked.
"Gally has everyone convinced that we're the reason All this has happened." Teresa said
"Well he's been right so far."Thomas stated under his breathe.
"What are you talking about?" Minho asked
"This place. It's not what we thought it was. Its not a prison it's a test. It all started when we were kids. They changed our names. We are all named after famous people. Newt for Isaac Newton. Teresa for mother Teresa. Alby for Albert Einstein. Audrey for Audrey Hepburn. Thomas as in Edison. They would give us these challenges. They were experimenting on us. And then people started disappearing. Once a month like clock worth." Thomas said
"Sending them up into the maze." I said
"Yeah but not all of us." Thomas said
"What do you mean?" Newt asked him.
"Guys I'm one of them. The people who put you here. I worked with them. I've watched you guys for years. The entire time you've been here I was on the other side of it." he turned to Teresa
"So were you." he told her. She shook her head. "Teresa we did this to them."
"No" She said "that can't be true."
"It is. I saw it." Thomas said
"Why would they send us up if we were with them?" she asked him
"It doesn't matter." Thomas said
Newt nodded. "He's right. It doesn't matter. Any of it. Because the people we were before the maze those people don't even exist anymore. These creators took care of that. But what does matter is who we are now and what we do right now. You went into the maze and found a way out." Newt told him
"Yeah but if I didn't Alby would still be alive." Thomas said looking down.
"Maybe" Newt said "but I know that if he were here He would be telling you the exact same thing. Pick your ass up and finish what you started cause if we do nothing then Alby died for nothing and I can't have that." Newt said
"Okay... Okay but we've gotta get through Gally first."
