I put on one of the black and white Magcon t shirts with the guys' signatures and black shorts
"hey, Sarah where are you going?" Nash asked
I looked at him
should I tell him?
"um, i'll tell you later." I said and walked right past him
"Sarah." Nash called after me
"I'll talk to you later Nash. I promise" I said and he sighed
I walked to the place where I was meeting Matt, so we wouldn't get caught walking out together
he had a gray sweatshirt and khakis on
"ultimate fuckboy outfit" I said and he laughed,
we got in-n-out and then we walked to some isolated place
"you're not going to kill me right?" I asked and he chuckled and shook his head
"no, im not a bad person" he said and I looked at him
he laughed, "you don't even know me" he said and I shrugged
"why do you hate my best friend so much?" I asked as I took a bite out of my burger
he let out a deep breath
"you know Callie?" he asked and I shook my head
"his girlfriend... Callie" he said and I shook my head again
"he has a girlfriend?" I asked and he nodded
"they've been together for like the whole tour" he said and I scoffed
"anyway continue" I said and he just nodded
"well I was with her. for 8 months after my past relationship. which was psycotic so we won't get into it. but Callie and i, we were together and then I made the mistake of introducing her to my friends." he said
"Nash and you were friends?" I asked and he nodded
"he acted like he didn't even know you when he told me about you" I said
"yeah well we weren't close but we were still friends. anyway she left the relationship to be with Nash. and it hurt. you know, I was starting to really fall for her, I felt like this is it. I found a sane girl that I wanted to be with for the rest of my life but it wasn't. and I started to resent Nash for it and I know this isn't an excuse but it just hurt" he said and I looked at him
"I'm sorry. if it makes you feel any better I didn't know about Callie. and Nash tells me everything. or so I thought" I said and he smiled at me
"that doesn't make me feel better" he said and I laughed
"what was so psychotic about your past relationship?" i asked and he shrugged
"nothing you really wanna know" he said and i shrugged
"you're going to leave him alone though right?" I asked and he nodded
"you really aren't that bad" I said after a while
"told you" he said and I smiled
"are you going to tell Nash?" he asked and I shrugged
"I feel like I should" I said and he nodded
"but he's going to be so mad" I said, "I'm mad too though"
he just chuckled
"it'll be okay" he said and pulled a strand of hair behind my ear
my heart was racing as he leaned in closer
he attached his lips too mine and to be cheesy, I felt fireworks
I put my fingers through his hair and kissed back
he pulled away
"I think its time to head back" he said and I cleared my throat and nodded
