i can't get Sarah's words out of my mind
'but Nash what if someone else comes along while i'm waiting'
i get up and grab my car keys
i drive to Matt's house. i need to knock some sense into him
the only bad thing is, we haven't talked since the whole Callie, Katie and Sarah debacle
i walked to his door and knocked
"Nash?" he questions as he opens the door
i push past him and into his house
"what are you doing here?" he asked
"i need to talk to you. so sit down"
"okay," he frowned
"okay look. i know you and i aren't friends but Sarah and i are. and man she's scared. i know you need time alone but just let her know some way that you love her"
"what are you talking about?"
"she is madly in love with you. but she's scared that you'll take too long and someone will come along and take her from you"
"if she loved me, she wouldn't be scared"
"oh shut the hell up. do you love her?"
"of course i love her"
"then show her. she's going to need you more than anything. especially when she finds out."
"finds what out?" he asks
"nothing you need to be concerned of now." i say as i walk away from him and towards the door
"Nash," he calls from behind me
"yeah?"
"how do i know when i'm ready? ready to move on with my life?" he asked and i shrugged
"you feel it when you think of her" i say before i close the door behind me
