It's Only Gossip

Now here's people I actually can stand in this prison. Maybe not fully stand but I'm getting there. I don't need to sit anymore so that's a good sign. I was being metaphoric. Don't ask me how or what because I will not answer my thoughts.

Gosh, it feel like I'm ranting 24/7. I rarely rant. Okay, maybe I slightly rant every now and then. But that's all.

"So what did you all revise for yesterday?" Meredith asks all innocently.

A majority of us babbled subjects like "physics" or "maths" and a few mentioned "sociology" and then there's Meredith:

"Well, I revised for economics."

What is this girl on? Is she high or something?

"Economics?" Elisa and Aura asks mirroring all of our reactions: confused.

Meredith nods her head and looks at us as if we're the high ones. I see Tatia with her head down already giving up in the corner of my eyes.

"Meredith..?" Aura attempts to knock some sense into Meredith but she failed miserably. So I finish off her sentence.

"You don't study economics yet. You can study it in college." I announce in a really slow pace making sure she understands each word clearly.

Meredith shrugs. Really?

"She's probably revising ahead." I laugh knowing the high chances that it's true.

We all start laughing, even Meredith. I don't understand why I was surprised. I should've expected this from Meredith! Elisa starts commenting on Meredith's excessive revision and that's when Meredith fired back.

"Well, maybe I should lend some of that excessive revision to those who desperately need it: you."

Damn that shot must've hurt. It didn't even hit me but the presence was deadly.

Although, Elisa took that as a joke, I have to admit there was a little dash of truth. I think she knew that too but she chose to ignore it instead.

"Don't worry Elisa, we got this. We're going to revise even more than Meredith later!" Selena encourages Elisa, being her nice self as always and I mean always as in eternity as in never dying. I suppose it's a good quality that she possesses but sometimes it could be seen as bad. It's all based on interpretation.

Ring!

It was very stupid of me to think that the bell was life saving. It's a reminder that I'm in this prison like school. At least it reminds me I'm here, that way I know that I have to escape. In some ways, it is life saving. Yes, melodramatic.

We're all going to be gone from this school soon. Just two more tests and then we'll all be memories or even legends (I highly doubt because our school is filled with wannabs, kiss ups and predictable people) in this school.

I'm prepared with leaving this shitty school that can't afford to buy real meat for lunch.
