Yes, it's based off Frozen - not actually Frozen, but inspired by Frozen.
Luke and Annabeth walked down the dark, cold street. Annabeth was seven, Luke fourteen, and both siblings. They had the same blonde hair, but that's where the similarities stopped. Luke had blue eyes while Annabeth's were the stormiest of grey.
"Can we go to the beach?" Annabeth asked her big brother, looking up at him hopefully.
"No, it's too cold." Luke replied. "Lets go back to the palace."
They turned around and started walking back to their parents' castle, each bundled in coats to stop the biting cold of the wind. As they were walking past a dark alleyway, a hand appeared in the shadows and grabbed Annabeth's arm. "Luke!" Annabeth shouted, struggling in the man's grasp as she was pulled from beside Luke.
"I'm coming, Annabeth!" Luke cried, going after her. Suddenly, he was knocked down as the man pushed him away.
"Hmm, good to get a young one." The man hissed. He pulled out a bronze knife which glinted in the fading light.
"No! Kill me instead!" Luke yelled, staggering to his feet.
"I'm not going to kill her." The man laughed coldly.
Suddenly, the knife was brought down towards Annabeth's face. It was like it was in slow motion; Luke leaping towards her, the fear in Annabeth's eyes, and the cruel laughter of the man. There was a sharp pain in Luke's cheek as he felt the knife scrape across it.
The surprise on the man's face was enough to let Luke feel a little relieved, but not a lot. But when the blood-dripping knife was tossed to him, he only felt confusion.
"You know which one." The man smirked. Luke looked at him, then to Annabeth. Something was taking over his brain. He knew that he should protect Annabeth, but also that he needed to obey the words of his master.
Choose... The knife seemed to say, and in a massive whirlwind of regret and anger, Luke turned and stabbed Annabeth in the side.
The man laughed, then disappeared into the shadows as Luke knelt beside Annabeth. Tears fell down his face as he dropped the knife and scooped Annabeth up into his arms and ran with her out of the alleyway, down the street, and towards the castle.
When Luke banged the doors of the Great Hall open, his mother smiled up at him. "How was your walk, my dears..." She noticed the blood dripping of Luke's face as the wound on Annabeth's side. "Oh my gods." She gasped, standing up from the chair she had been perched in. "What happened?"
"Luke," Annabeth gazed up at Luke, chest heaving. "How could you..."
"What is she talking about?" Their mother demanded. "Luke? What in Hades happened?"
"She - she got stabbed-" The words got caught in Luke's throat. "I stabbed her."
"What?"
"I stabbed her." Luke looked down at his hands. "I have to go." He whispered.
"Damn right, you have to go." His mother glared at him. "To jail." Luke carefully put down Annabeth and then sprinted from the palace.
He ran through the streets, his cut now throbbing in pain, and when he finally disappeared out of the gates and into the forest, he swore that he would never see Annabeth ever again.
I might continue with this short story. That was just the start, and I have a bit more planned if you guys want more?
