" The song you played..was composed by avalon.." Roger said. "...And it was the last song she sung before she left us.."

It was almost 12:00 am now. The balcony was windy and cold. But it didn't matter for me anymore...i was done getting colder..my life itself has turned frozen.

" She sung it on her birthday night..playing her piano..it was her last night with us.." He said looking at me. i could feel the sadness in his voice,his face..even in the atmosphere.

I sighed.

" After she left..Luke was really distracted..he looked insane..his mind was totally out of his control. He was under treatment last year..for that we stopped talking about her..took all her things away from his sight..but today...it happened again "

" I should've known this...then it would never have happened!" i said looking away.

" To be honest..i knew..! i saw the symptoms of this earlier..his distraction started again from mom's wedding..the first time he saw you..."

My eyes watered. i guess this is the day which i cried the most in my life.

" But how can a person get so out of control for a reason like this.."

" gulity feeling..that's the actual reason.." he said looking at the sky.

The moon's really bright now. it's becoming colder and colder.
I wondered whether it is because of the wind or cause of Louisa, the mysterious avalon.

" Guilty feeling...? Luke will never do something that make her leave the country" i said confidently.

" We all know that...but he believes it's because of him.."

" Why?"

" There's a story behind it.." he said.

AVALON'S BIRTHDAY NIGHT

Luke followed avalon to her room without her knowledge. he got in and locked the door.
Avalon turned and looked at him.

" Luke.." she said.

" Birthday girl.." he said and walked to her.
She wrapped her hands around his neck and smiled.

" Why are you here in your room when you're suppose to be on the dance floor.." He said keeping his hands on her waist.

She looked down;tensed.

" I..i just.." She said and looked away. " i just...came here...because there were a lot of noise and my head is paining now."

" Are you kidding me..? you stay all night in the club and in the parties, screaming at the DJ to raise the volume..and now you're head's paining because of the noise?" He said teasingly.

" And why are you here..?" she asked.

" Just to surprise you!" He said.

She rolled her eyes and smiled.
Suddenly she looked scared and looked out of the window.

" Avalon...are you okay?" he asked.

" What..yea..i'm-i'm good" she said and sat on the bed.

" What's wrong.." he asked sitting beside her.

" Nothing.." she said wiping her sweat off from her face.

" avalon...look at me.." he said. she looked away. " look at me!" he repeated.

She looked at him.

" I've been watching you recently...you're totally distracted...you look scared when you see a simple shadow..you disappear after school...you're always somewhere out..are you hiding something from me?" He asked.
