CHAPTER-45

" I totally forgot...when is your homecoming...?" daisy asked.

" 31st december..that's tomorrow." I said.

" 31st...?"

" Aha.." i said putting another hoodie on the hanger. She looked like she's completely lost. I walked to her and gave her a questioned look.

" Tomorrow is Avalon's birthday..she's turning seventeen." She said " She might be planning something with her friends in Tokyo..right Savy?"

How will i tell her..how will i tell such a lovely mother that her daughter is dead..

I smiled partly,nodding.

" But they are twins and...roger's birthday got over on January 31st itself..then how..?" I asked curiously.

" Actually...we didn't celebrate his birthday on his real birth-day ..cause Luke was still recovering..and he didn't want any party as we're suppose to celebrate hers' too..so we planned it on our wedding night. Luke was back..and we thought of giving them some free time.." She said and sighed.

I nodded.

" Haaa...did you buy a dress for tomorrow..? "

" i did.."

" Why didn't you just remind me savy..? i totally forgot about it!" she said.

" It's okay ..i thought of not troubling you for this..so i got myself one.."

She smiled, looking down. she came closer and fixed my hair.

" If avalon was here...we would go to all the shops in this city to get one dress.." she said and chuckled.then sighed. " whenever i see you..you just remind me of her..you make me feel like she's somewhere here.." she said.

She was getting too emotional. I saw her eyes watering. Daisy is like my mom..like her i can't watch her cry. It hurts.

" If it's like that...then.." i closed my eyes. I'm gonna say those words which i never wanted to say. "...think that i'm Avalon.."

She smiled and hugged me.

I said in my mind..

Avalon..you've left soo much love behind..Soo much.

"..Then i had to explain the whole thing including the locker part.." Luke said through the phone

" Whaaaat? Lukee....!!" i shouted.

I could hear him laughing.

" You're dad must have thought that i'm that girl who even dare to bump into boys locker room..!"
I said walking around my room.

" Aren't you that kind of girl?? " He asked.

" No!! ofcourse not!" i said bitting my nails.

" Really?" he said with a small laugh.

" C'mon..it was because of that situation.."

" Agreed!" he said with a firm voice and we both laughed.

" Haa!" i said.

" Savana.."

" Mmmh?"

" Open the door.."

" Which door?"

" Your door.." he said.

Wait..he's standing outside my door?

I ran and opened the door in a rush.

" Surprise.." he said still keeping the phone on his ear.

I took the phone from my ear and hugged him.
