Chapter-22

I felt like i couldn't breathe. i couldn't 'speak or scream but just stand still with my mouth open.
Just like i imagined...with that white dress ,but not a gown and a pretty face. but her hair wasn't that long. and she looked younger. Looks like she's just my age.
I felt like cold air covering me from back.
" hello" she said.
I opened my mouth but couldn't talk.
" Can you see me?" she asked.
"Ye...aa!!" i said.
" Oh my god! that's amazing! it's the first time someone can see me! maybe we should keep a party! down the stairs with alot of chocolate and pastries..oh wait! i want a party dress! maybe we should wear the same! what do you think!" she said in one breath.
I folded my arms and raised an eyebrow at her.
" Never mind!"
" First of all! who!...are you?" I asked.
"I am...."
" Louisa?"
" Well...as you wish you can call me Louisa!"
" Here we go!! i'm with the mysterious louisa!" i said rolling my eyes.
"The glamorous one!" She said raising her hands and one of her leg like a cheerleader.
She's weird. Can't believe she's an ancient ghost!
" Wow! i never expected a ghost to be this..." i looked her from tip to toe "...expressive!! " I said.
" Ghost?"
"Yeaa...!"
She looked around as if she's searching something.
" Hellooo...! i'm talking about you!"
" Who me?" She asked.
" Duh! You're the only one standing there."
" You think i'm a ghost?" She said with her eyebrows raised.
" yea..!"
"I'm not a ghost!" she said.
" yes you are!"
"I'm not!"
" Yes you are!"
" I'm not!"
"Ofcourse you are!"
" Okay. you know me better than i know myself?" she asked.
" forget it! if you're not a ghost. then who are you?"
" An angel!"
I stared at her for a minute.
" What?" she asked.
" An angel?" i asked.
" Aha" she said nodding her head.
" How do you know that you're an angel?".
" I don't know..but you can't protest that i'm not an angel. i have the legal right to be an angel,besides that i'm not scary! right?" she said.
She was right. she's not scary. no wonder that i doubted her.
" Alright! fine..i accept that you're an angel!" i said.
" Hmn..that's good!" she said.
After a few seconds,silence spread between us creating awkwardness between us.

" Soo...how do you land here...with me?" I asked.
" I woke up on your bed." She said.
" you woke up on my bed?" i shouted.
" Yea.." she said.
" How come i didn't see you..wait! how long have you been here?" i asked.
"761 days...i guess!" she said.
" You mean 2 years and one month?"
" What's that?"
"You don't know what's an year?"
" Ohhh...i know ear right?" she said pinching my ear.
" ow...noo year!"
" Yea..ear!"
" I said year!"
" I said the same.."
" Instead of counting alot of days we count 365 days an year!"
" So ear have two meanings..? that's interesting!"
She was kind of eating my head. so annoying.
" Nah..-"
" You mean there's some more meaning!?"
" Forget it dammit!"
At last she shut her mouth. lol she looked scared.

" Y are you here?" i asked.
She opened her mouth to say something and ended up saying nothing .
" I asked you something!"
" I don't know..."
" Seriously?"
" First of all can i ask you something ?" her voice soften.
" Go on" i said.
" Do you always talk so rude?"
I felt like someone slapped me on my face. That question was a little confusing. do i always act so rude?

" I..i don't..know!" i said.

" Well...then you can't make me feel bad cause i don't know why i am here.." she said looking
away.
She was definitely my type.

I turned and walked around looking at those ancestors on the wall.
" So how was your past two invisible years..!"
" Well...just as yours...i was there with you for the past two....year god i'm actually saying a new word!"

" Ugh! You can add a 's' to it!"

" Why..?"

God she's soo stupid

" Cause year is alone. Maybe year need a 's' for companionship..!"

" Ohh...that's cool!"

Now i feel like it's more fun. playing with an ass!

" Wait..you were there when i went to bathroom and personal stuffs like that?"

She looked up making a thinking face.

" Yea!"

" God!!! you're bad! don't ever do that alright!"

She again looked up making a confusing face.. She made that face every time. Like from the moment i started talking to her.

" Mm...alright!"

" Why do you make that face all the time?"

" Don't know..it automatically comes when my heart doesn't feel so..right!"

"Like..?"

" When people say something and my heart felt like not accepting it then..i automatically make this face and i think and make a decision!"

" That's what every human do..!"

" No! i believe that it's an angel thing! do you feel goosebumps when someone lie to you?"

" nop!"

" But i feel it!"

" greeaaatt!!"

" Saaaavyy...!"
i heard someone calling from upstairs. It sounded like roger.

" God!! Roger's here! you have to hide somewhere!"

" Why??"

" Just hiiidee...!"

" But-"
Suddenly roger opened the door.

" Savy..!" He looked me with a doubting face.

" Roger i can explain everything!!" i said in one breath.

"No..you don t have to..i mean it s like..i'm sorry for reacting at school too much..especially being a little over protective!"

" Aa..h! it's..completely fine. but.... you don't notice anything?"

" Notice what?"

" You don't see anything next to me?"

" Nop! ohh.. is it about Louisa? " He asked, teasing me.

" Yes!! you don't see her?"

"Ha ha! c'mon savy stop thinking about that stuff! that's why you feel like you see her..and! you don't have dark eyes..!"

" That's all? see i'm not-"

" C'mon...leave it! calm down..you should get alot of sleep..you're stressed."

He said wrapping an arm around my shoulder.

" Whatever!"

" So..you're not angry with me right?"

I shook my head meaning no.

" Great..then..goodnight! sweet dreams!" He said with a smile.

My step brother do have a great smile.

" Sweet dreams" i said.

He stared at me for a moment and smiled again.

" You're so much alike!"

I didn't understand what he said but i just faked a smile. he closed the door and walked out.

" How is it possible?"

" What do you mean?"

" He didn't see you! and you were standing near me !"

" I'm invisible in the eyes of this whole world except you.."

" How..? And why?"

She walked holding her gown.

" miracles do exist in this world savana! You touched my piano..your eyes got the power to see me..!"

" woow am i the only one who touched this piano??"

" No!! but you're the only one who felt it."

I stared at her. i don't understand anything. right now i feel i'm an idiot or dumb who doesn't know anything in this world.
But i knew one thing..This family is filled with a world of fantasy .. And from now on..i had a role in it.
