"Ready?" He asks with a smirk.

"Totally" I say.

He opens the door, after knocking on it.

I observe that he doesn't enter.

Maybe he's scared to be punished.

Then, I see him gazing at me.

"Ladies first." He announces.

I laugh smiley.

"Thank you." I nod pleased.

BRAIN: He would have done that with any girl.

HEART: But he did it with you.

I sigh as I come in the class, noticing that everyone is looking nonstop at us.

I go red, wanting that the earth could swallow me.

"What happened Aiden? Why did you came late?" Mrs. Moustache says while I sit on my chair again.

He's standing there, holding his bag.

Poor him.

"Well, my sister is sick and my mom had to work so I took care of her."

I thought he was going to lie.

"Then tell your little sister that she has a wonderful big brother" She smiles.

"I hope that she already knows." Aiden lifts both eyebrows.

All the class starts to laugh hysterically.

...

He only has one problem.

He doesn't like me.

HEART: or maybe yes.

...

"You have now to present your work, here in front of everyone, explaining why you've chosen this country." The teacher says.

I FREEZE.

WHAT THE FUCK.

I DIDN'T KNOW WE HAD TO EXPLAIN.

I HAVEN'T PREPARED ANYTHING.

AND ITS FRENCH.

The worst language I am at.

Oh my gosh, what am I going to do.

"Hey, you're okay Lea?" Julie seems worried.

"I haven't got any paragraph to explain why I've chosen this country for my work."

I'm sweating.

"Oh c'mon it's easy, invent some stupid things and done, she will like anything you say."

I gulp down.

Yeah, Julie has the point, I only have to remember some things while the others explain their works.

I can do it.
