Beyond their Understanding

I struggle to find the words that describe you; simply because there aren't any,

They say that you're bad for me; a pathogen waiting to be destroyed.

That I'm a fool to think that you can satisfy me,

I don't think they truly understand, for I'm the one plaguing you're system.

I should apologize, shouldn't I?

Am I wrong for wanting to taint you with my desires?

When I hear your name my heart beats as if its on fire,

I guess you could say your alluring character messes with my senses,

Ensuring that my thousands of neurons are sending lightning fast impulses;

Are you the key to my never ending quest?

Will you be by my side when I taste the sweetness of success?

They say I'm a fool; that I'm like a drone bee waiting explode into a million pieces after its buzzing completes,

Oh dear! Now wouldn't that be a mess?

Ha! What a death that would be I say,

A fragile thing you are, a single touch; you shatter with sharp shards of glass remaining in your frame.

You're more than what they say you are; an untouched piece of clay, if I may dare say,

I watched you grow from a single cell to splendid body,

Mold by the finest hands; you walked with such poise and that exquisite tune.

The more you involved, the more those tunes became clear,

Such harmonious cries from such a breath taking frame,

So what if I'm a fool?

I'll lose myself if you follow; let's forget them and live like there's no tomorrow.
