I waited for that perfect moment,
I waited for the moments when she was alone,
I waited for when we were alone,
To tell her how long I have waited for her,
To tell her how much I loved her,
I waited for her reaction that day,
I waited and saw as she became unhappy,
Instantly regretting what I did that day,
I waited and watched as she walked away,
Only to see her and the new guy walking the next way,
I still waited, waited for that day,
Only it never came, and she's getting married this May.
