I'm afraid to close my eyes because of what I may see,

Inside me they live and feed; I can hear them growling,

And if you listen closely, you can hear them too,

Voices, the endless screaming voices;

Like a pack of wolves they're howling,

Waiting for me to run or try to escape, to tear my soul to shreds,

The doctors tried to diagnose and prescribe these special meds,

Instead they only made me- them-destroy the doctors' flesh,

They get loud and louder!

Hungry and hungrier; as I provoke them,

But they are smart, patience their virtue; so they wait,

And the moment I close my eyes they will win,

So I stay awake and hang to my sanity from a very thin limb.
