chapter 3

you quickly turned to see the guy from across the bar standing in front of you, now you were amazed at how attractive this guy was.

He had short brown hair, he had a navy blue shirt with a red line going down the middle, he also had a trench coat on which just seemed to just make him seem mysterious and hot, he also wore black jeans but he did have really weird stuff on like a black head piece and metal boots that stopped just above his knee, but thing that I just couldn't stop staring at was his eyes, they were odd like they couldn't even be real, the white part of the eye was black  and his iris was red like blood red, you finally realised that you were just staring and you did have to thank him "oh thanks I.. I.." he smiled but then we both heard the some guy shouting "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE" you looked back to the guy on the ground.

you were about to speak but then the weird guy started to speak "Roy, I've handled it but can you go call the cops" your eyes widen 'he has a Cajun accent as well, god this was my lucky night', the owner stop in his track "oh Remy, um.. why.. what's happened" you looked to the guy 'his name is Remy sweet' as you were thinking Remy turned around and faced you, you looked up to him to then been taking by the hand "Cherie, there is no need to cry" he kiss your hand, you were shocked but then you realized 'was I crying' you took your free hand a touched your cheek and you felt a single tear, you wiped it away, you heard the Remy guy say "trust me call them Roy", you looked at him confused 'why didn't he just tell him', Remy just looked at you and said "you need a drink", you bowed your head giving a giggle "hell yeah"

The police came and interviewed you and Remy, they wanted to take you down to the station but you didn't want to go so you used your powers and convinced him that you didn't need to go, when they all left the then became bar was dead, no one there except you and Remy, you looked at him smiling "thanks again for the help" he looked toward you "you're welcome, I'm always up for helping damsels in de-stress" you raised an eyebrow and laughed "well I could have taken him but he cheated by attacking from behind" you hated the fact that you have been beaten by a human, Remy brushed his hand though  his hair "really, you looked helpless from my angle" you looked at him as if you had a come back but you ended up saying "shut up" giving a playful shove.

You and Remy talked most of the night about each other's past and how we ended up in New Orland, we even learned we were both mutants and showed off each others power, I told him about what had happened to me and how I was in a bad place, he told his story which made mines sound like nothing.

 It was a good night which lead to good days to months and before you knew it use were together and happy, he change the way you saw the world by introducing you to people you could trust and made you a better person, you two stayed in new Orleans for a month or so but you two dreamed of traveling and after a romantic night at Remy's favourite spot he asked you a special question and half that you both got in a car and left, Remy always talked about a team called the X Men and a school for people like you, so of course he took you there and introduced you to everyone and yous stayed at the institute and for the first time in a long time you finally had a family that knew how you felt and could help you.

*end of flash back*

You were interrupted by someone grabbing you shoulder, you raised you fist as you turned and you saw Owen with your drink "wow ow (y/n) gurl calm down" he used one arm to shield himself, your eye widen you were so tense "oh my god, Owen I'm so sorry" you coved you mouth with your hand, this was so embarrassing "hey it fine look since your having a ruff time, this is on the house" he smiled at you, you dropped your hands and smirked "thanks and well at least I actually got my drink this time" you said, Owen rolled his eye "ah when are you going to let that go" you took a sip of your drink "when it stops being so damn funny" Owen gave out a sign "I was distracted that day" you smirked "yeah cuz you were checking out your bosses ass" you started to laugh and Owen just shrugged, you got off you seat "hey is it okay if I go outside with this" giving you glass a little wiggle, Owen nodded "yeah sure, so ill see you In a years time" you started walking putting up you hand with your middle finger up.
