When you entered the lab the first thing you saw was the white curtains which covered one of the areas, you looked back to see logan, he nodded and you headed on towards it, the closer you got you started to hear two voices, hank and rogue but you could smell three different sents, your heart began to race and before you knew it, you were right outside it, logan then cleared his thoat which hank reacted to, he came out to see you "(y/n)!, logan I said I didnt want her in here" logan rolled his eye "look she deserves to know, she risked her life for him" you were about say something but then you heard him "logan, what going on?" his voice you heard it, you were over flowed with emostion and before you realised it, you pushed hank a little to get past him.

You open the curtains to see rogue standing at the side of the table but your eyes wen straight to him, his eye, those amazing eye that stole your heart, a tear ran down your cheek "remy, y-your okay" you walked toward him but his face seemed off, rogue came into your view "(y/n), wait there something you need to know" you tried to look at remy but rogue was in the way. you heard hank and logan come in "what, what do you mean, cant it wait" you tried to get her to move but she wouldnt "see what you've done logan" hank said as he genitally placed a hand on your shoulder, you were becoming really frustrated "guys, what the hell are you doing, get off me" you backed away from both of them.

They were trying to get you out of there, you tryied to move to see remy again but then you heard his voice "whats going on here?" you looked at him but he wasn't looking at you "yeah, that's what I would like to know too remy" his eyes then turned to you, at first you thought he was gonna hug you or say some cheesy line to make you smile but he seem to look at you weird, like he wasn't seeing me but someone else "umm... sorry, have we... met before?" you froze, you're sure your heart stopped, you were hoping you miss heard what he said, hell you were doing a silent prayer that you did "w..what do you mean?" he just looked you up and down with a confused look but then looked away "cher, who is this?" you then turned to see who he was talking to, it was rogue "CHER?" rogue had a terrified look "(y-y/n) its not what ya think" your temper was raising and you could feel you blood boiling "ohh really?" you needed to get out the room before you did something to her or anyone, but you had this feeling starting inside you, which felt odd yet... pleasing. you went to walk away but rogue grabbed your arm "wait-" you turned and now your cat side was showing only a little, you let out a small growl but when you turned you saw remy standing in front of rogue with an arm around her and she was holding his arm with fear in her eyes 'is he... protecting her' you started to back off with tears started building up, you then felt something on your back "i'm so sorry (y/n)" logan said, you quickly turned around and ran out the room "no no no no no" was all you could say, you could hear rogue and logan shouting your name but it didn't stop you.

The doors opened and you saw everyones face, they all had the same expression sympathy, they were sorry for you but you felt like a fool. you started to cry harder "(y/n), im so sorry" jean said as she walked over, you couldnt believe it, you stepped back from jean, you covered your mouth and just looked at the ground "i.. I don't... i'm going to go to my room" you turned and ran, headed to the elevator, you could heard whispers behide you but your mind was somewhere else.

 You got to the elevator and pressed the button, all you could think was his words, how he called rogue 'cher' but in the same tone he said it to you and 'have we met' you were so angery 'met.. MET, we were a couple, for 3 years, you asked me to be your wife, you wanted to have children with me,... we were happy' the elevator came and you got on.
