chapter 32

(hello my mutants, so the end is near and I must say, I loved writing this so much. it was my first book and I'm glad that I'm finishing this one first, also I want thank each one of you because I love sharing my idea and to know you enjoy them, makes me happy and proud of this book)

Remy pushed you into the bed and hovered over you, he placed a passionate kiss on your lips, you wrapped your arms around his neck pulling him closer. You then pulled away "i missed you so much" you said as you tried to catch your breath, he smiled and started to neck down your neck "i missed you too... I promise you this cherie, I will not ever leave you" he then lifted his head and looked at you. He placed his head on yours, you then moved your head so your lips were at his ears "hows about show you, how much I really missed you~" you purred into his ear, you felt him shiver which you took as a yes.

TIME SKIP THIRD POV

word got out that gambit had his memories back and everyone was so happy. You and gambit decided to go and socialise, but as soon as you got out, everyone grabbed you two into a bone crushing hug "oh my god, like i'm so happy you two are back together!" kitty yelled, you smiled "thank you" you then got pulled into another hug "im glad ya got him back, Cheshire" it was Logan. You hugged back, even though everyone was saying you were the one going through lot, you knew the logan was going throught the same thing exept he didnt get to talk about it.

You then held heels clicking towards you two, you looked and saw orora behind him, you pulled away and looked to logan "i am too... so how'd your date go?" Logan looked to storm who was slightly blushing "yeah... it was good" he smiled to her, good perks of being half animal, humans give for certain sentes when emotional and all I could smell of those two was attraction.

You nodded before walking back to gambit, who was talking to scott "so, you know about the little one" scott said "yes and I couldn't be any happier" he held you and kissed the top of your head "haha, stop" you giggled "do you have any names?" jean asked as she came into the conversation. Gambit looked to you "well, I like klaus for a boy" you liked it too "i like mina for a girl" you said back to him. Jean and scott nodded before contiuning "we sould go shopping for the baby, you dont have a lot of stuff" you then realised you didnt "oh yes, we should. God and its so close to due date" remy and scott totally lose you and jean to baby talk.

You talked to everyone for a little bit but then decided to go for a walk with gambit. You two walked to the gardens, it seemed a little quite but you could see for the corner of your eye, that he was staring at you"you know, I looked for you" you whispered to him, he looked confused but then smirked "i never thought you won't" he hugged you closer to him.

You knew he'd do the same for you, there was no doubt about it "i know but... I did some stuff.... that im not proud of... " you looked away to look at the fountain "(y/n)... look at me" he placed his hand under your chin, lifting your head to look at him "nothing you do will ever change how I feel about you..... I saved you the night we met .... and you saved me.... I love you (y/n) and that ain't about to change any time soon" he looked into your eyes the full time as he spoke and you could see he meant every word.

You two mostly talked about what could happen, what will the world become in ten years. if the baby really did have a mixture of both of your powers. At one point you two sat a told the baby stories, how yous met, what adventures have you two do, you even told the baby how its father first reacted to waking up with you in full cat form. You felt it kick and move around as if it was laughing with yous "will we live here. you know so the baby can learn how to control its powers" rmy asked you, you thought about it.

you already had an answer "yes, I think the baby will have a great future here. hey you never know, we could have the next x-men leader" you smiled ask you hugged him "hmm, we might be in competition with Scott and jean" you looked at him before shaking your head "doesn't matter, as long as its happy" you layied your head down on his chest, just thinking of what the little one might look like.
