The offer

Rey's POV:

I opened my tired eyes to see a dark metal room. I felt uncomfortable so I looked at myself. No! I am attached on that chair with restraints on my arms and legs. It hurt, I couldn't move at all, it was beginning to cause injuries on my body, turning my skin a dark shade of red. I am angry and afraid. I tried to remember anything, but nothing came. The last thing I remember is the conversation with Ben in the woods. I remember I said I can't love him and ran away. A tear rolled down my cold cheeks. I lied to him, because of me, because I was scared. Love was an unfamiliar word to me, my whole life I was alone, I was no one. After so many years I learned that I had a history with Luke, the Jedi academy and Ben. Ben I am sorry.

 But why am I in the interrogation room? They kidnapped me, somehow. Maybe it was him. Maybe Kylo Ren stayed always Kylo Ren, maybe he used me so he can take me away and destroy the resistance. Every single thought that ran in my head was worse that the other. The door opened, revealing a man in black. No, it isn't. I was relieved when I saw a tall figure with light ginger hear. He looked at me with icy cold eyes and a serious face. I just glared at him, not letting my true emotions show. I mustn't look scared. He approached slowly to me. The door suddenly closed with a crush. Now we are alone. I studied him. He is tall and menacing with sinister smirk on his pale face. I trembled. He is too close to me now. Flashbacks of my previous interrogation with Ren creeped in my mind. But this guy seems even worse, more evil. He is now next to me.

"Rey. The girl that turned from a scavenger into a Jedi. How impressive." His blue yes locked into mine. I didn't respond. "Hmm, you also fight against the first order. Such a brave young woman." He took a step closer, and now I couldn't bare the sight of him so I looked away. Don't show that you are afraid. Don't show that you are afraid, I repeated into myself. He didn't back away, just stared at me even more.

"You are also very beautiful, no wonder Kylo Ren, I mean the traitor, is head over heels for you. He seems to have a huge crush." So he didn't use me. I held my tears at the thought of him, he must be worried, they all are. "He always tried to protect you from us, that means you are very valuable..." He raised his right hand and touched my face. I fought the urge to cry, I can't move, I can't fight, I shut my eyes so I can ignore him. His touch felt cold and disturbing. I want to get away.

"Stop! Please!" I said praying that he will back away. He didn't. His evil smile grew even wither, he took my whole face into his hand aggressively and turned it to his side.

"Look me in the eyes, you filthy scum!" His voice echoed in the room, making  my eyes open. He is angry, his face started to get red.

"You think Ren can take everything from me. That position he had should have been mine! I deserved it. I worked hard and was loyal to Snoke unlike him. But he was Snoke's favorite because of that stupid force few of you have. Now is time  for me to take something from him. " Ominous smile creeped his facial features. No! I won't let him. I must find a way to run, to get out of this cursed place as fast as I can.

"You will be mine Rey! He won't have you."

"No! I will never be yours!" I cried.

"Yes you will! You don't have any other choice!"

"What do you mean?" I was frightened now.

"We sent our stormtroopers on the planet. They are now successfully hiding. Your friends don't have an idea that they are surrounded, and outnumbered. With single call they will kill everything that moves, and after that we will destroy the planet. Bits and pieces of your friends will fly in five different systems."

"You monster!" I cried even louder. Tears ran down my cheeks, I couldn't hold them anymore. They are all in danger, and is because of me. I never should have left our training, I am a coward. Because of pride I didn't trust my own feelings. Now is even worse.

"What do you want from me?"

"You will be on my side,  I mean The First Order and I will be your future husband. Master will approve." I was disgusted by the mere thought of being with a beast like him.

"I accept." I said coldly. After a second I was free from the chair and followed him out of the room with five stormtroopers behind my back.

And she never knew that she did the same sacrifice to save her friends as did Ben a long time ago to save her.
