The smell of Julie's delicious food woke me up the next day. I skipped down to the kitchen to see her already serving my plate. God I was starving.
"Here Emmie!" She winked while passing me my plate.
"Gracias amiga!" (Thanks friend) I took it from her.
"My back hurts from sleeping on that stupid couch. So was the concert fab?"
"Been there done that and la concierto fue increible!" (The concert was amazing)
"I'm guessing you said it was fun."
"Something like that. We had V.I.P. so we got to meet the guys!"
"No way! And you understood everything they said?!"
We both started laughing.
"Yes Julie! It was really great and guess what!"
"You got the curly haired ones number? Please tell me you did!"
"Nope even better. I got one of their managers numbers."
"How is that better?"
"Turns out The Wanted want Midnight Red to open up for them in their upcoming World Tour!"
"Have you told the boys yet?"
"I was planning on it when we get to work."
"Does my uncle know yet?"
"No. I want to tell him when he goes to the big gig on Friday. That's also when I'm planning on telling him about Thomas and me."
"Hmmm well good luck."

We finished our food quickly and made it to work a half an hour early. I walked into the studio expecting it to be empty but all of the guys including Avery were just chilling and talking.
"Good morning Emily." They all said at once.
"Hey guys am I late?"
"Nope early as can be!" Eric yelled.
"Oh okay then. I'm guessing Avery told you the news already."
"What news?" Colton asked looking at Avery.
"I just thought it'd sound more special coming from Emmie." Avery said.
"Emmie?" Joey asked confused.
"My nickname." I explained.
"Oh so what's the news Emmie?" Thomas asked with his arms crossed.
"Well last night at the concert, not only did I get to to experience The Wanted live but I got to talk to them personally."
"What happened?" Anthony asked.
"Well turns out they really like Midnight Red and they want you guys to open up for them for their upcoming World Tour!"
"Shut up!" Anthony yelled. Everyone started to give each other high fives and what not. They even came in for a group hug. Of course I was the one being squeezed to death.
"Okay guys no need to suffocate her." Thomas said. We broke the hug.
"Listen guys!" I yelled. "I haven't told Red yet so don't get too excited."
"It's a no brainer. Opportunities like these don't come very often." Colton pointed out.
"I'm just sayin." I said putting my hands up.
"I'm sure he'll agree to it." Thomas added.
"Okay well we can expect to see him at your guys's big gig this Friday!" I exclaimed.
