'Come on Allen,' she said with a frustrated sigh 'please just understand my part. Youre not gonna lose me. Please just trust me on this.'
'Lyss, I dont think I can do this with you, anymore. Ive always been so patient with you and your reasons. I dont think we can still work this out.' He said sadly on the phone.
'Hey please dont do this, I need you. Just give me a little more time to think. To breathe. I promise I will come back to you like I always do.' She cried, blinking hot tears off her lovely eyes.
'If you have to go, you go. Free yourself. Ive figured that you stayed because of your promise and not because you still love me the same. If thats the only reason youre here then its better if you just go. I need your love not your pity. I'll accept your decision.' He said softly.
'No, just please. Just a little time. I need you to take me back after that please Allen.' She almost broke down.
'I cant. Goodbye Lyss.' He put the phone down and dissolved into the pain he was feeling.
She, on the other side of the picure, finally broke down in screaming and crying, wondering why after all these years this was happening to them.
Broken, shattered, and lifeless they both were.
