I woke up staring at the spot on the ceiling. Flashbacks of last night rushing in.

I made sure that I wasnt just hallucinating so I looked around my room which was pretty much a disaster considering the events for the past days.

I could see a book shelf. Harry Potter. Hunger Games. Beautiful Creatures. Paper Towns.

I could also see my collection of stuffed toys lying around. Mostly were presents from my godparents and from the guys who tried to win my heart but failed.

I could see my shoe rack filled with different kinds of crap.

I looked out the window, it was still dark. I glanced at the alarm clock on my cabinet to see that it was past three in the morning.

So early. Why did I wake up so early? I tried to recall what happened last night.

Was last night a dream? Or was it for real?

When I got home, my mother was speechless to see me looking different from the way I looked before I left that morning and I told her that I wanted to change for the better. She told me that she was happy for me but I should go home earlier next time.

I forgot to get Juliana's number. Ugh.

I stood up and sat infront of my vanity mirror.

'Wake up.' I told her.

'I am awake.' She answered.

'Are you sure?' I asked but she just stared at me with fingers on her lips where Juliana's lips had been.

'If everything was real then hell yeah. Just dont screw this one up!' I stood up and felt giddy to go to school because of her but before taking a bath, I cleaned up all the mess in my room and felt so good about it.

Now I have a reason to wake up and do things.

I stopped by my locker to get some books and keep my stuff. As I closed the locker I was surprised to see Juliana.

'Oh jesus! How did you get there?' I gasped.

She came out of nowhere holding out two coffees with a wide grin.

'Starbucks.' I raised an eyebrow and laughed.

'Good morning to you, too.' She smirked handing me my own coffee.

'Aww thank you beautiful.' I tapped a finger on her nose.

'Yeah sure. That's for yesterday-- I mean-- I mean for driving me home last night.' She stammered. I winked at her and we both laughed remembering the kiss.

I could feel my cheeks heating up and her face too was so red. 'Hey tomato face!' I laughed.

'Keep laughing until you find a mirror.' She stuck her tongue out and I did too.

As we walked up the stairs and happily sipped our coffees, I saw Louie walking down so I pulled Juliana back down.

'Let's go back, I forgot my pen in my locker.' I told her.

'You can borrow mine. I have an extra.' She scrambled to get it from her bag.

'No no, I want mine.' I tried to distract her. I just hope she didnt see Louie and Louie didnt see us.

'Okay. Your pen must be so lucky or is it some secret spy pen or something?' She punched me playfully on the shoulder.

'It's just lucky, like me.' I smiled.
