Dean stood outside on a late, cold autumn night, wishing for a miracle.

He felt so alone and worthless.
He just wanted someone to love and call his own.

Right about that time the thoughts started flooding in, he saw a shooting star.

I wish I could find my angel and fall in love.

He thought to himself as he watched the star fall to ground of parts unknown.

On the opposite side of town, the star looked around and realized it had fell. That it had been cast down away from all the other stars.

This star was known as Castiel.

Castiel got up and wandered around, seeing trees and roads and sometimes a car would pass. And that's when he realized..
He was on earth.

He went through the forest and came out at an opening near, what seemed like anyways, a park.

He went and sat on the bench, looking around and he looked up to the sky, seeing all the other stars shine.
He thought about how, just a few hours ago, that was him. Shinning bright up in the blue night sky.

After another hour or so, he got up and continued walking through town.

Dean was already driving around in the town, heading to the store to buy some more beer and maybe a pie for tomorrow when he saw a dirty man in a trenchcoat walking by himself near the road. He pulled up beside him and rolled his window down.

"You look rough. Want a lift?" He asked. The man looked ahead then back to Dean and nodded.
"Yes, please." He said, walking to the passenger side and getting in.
He likes at the car, feeling the dashboard in amazement.

Dean smirked. "What? Never seen a car before?"

The man looked up at him.
"No." He shook his head slightly.
"So, you're saying a grown man has never seen a car before?" Dean continued driving.

"I'm no man. I'm a fallen star." He said, looking at Dean as if what he said was normal.
But with what dean does, it's nothing extraordinary. It's just rare. Extremely rare. So rare, In fact, he's never seen it before. Like ever.

"A fallen star? Like as in a shooting star? I seen one a couple hours ago." Dean chuckled.
"Yes. That was me." He said, looking at Dean and examining his face.

"So, star, do you have a name?" He asked, pulling into the parking lot of the motel he's staying at.
"Yes. It's Castiel."
"Okay, Castiel. I'm gonna call you Cas. I'm Dean."  He gets out and opens Cas's door, showing him to his room.

"Nice to meet you, Dean." Cas smiles at him and goes in, sitting on the bed.

"Well, Cas, what do angels like to eat?" Dean looked down at the angel who was examining the remote.
"I don't eat.."
"Well, what do you do?"
Dean thought again, "I mean, besides shinning and all that." He added.

"I sleep during the day and well, nothing else really. I do enjoy looking down at people who are out late at night and such" Cas looked up at Dean and his bright blue eyes caught Dean's candy apple ones.

Dean and Cas had felt a weird fluttering in their stomachs that neither of them had felt before.
Dean's eyes tore away from Cas's. He wasn't sure of this feeling. It's new.

Cas got all stuttery and began looking at anything but Dean.

The feeling didn't go away.

It was the same as everyday passed.
Dean and Cas spent everyday together.
Getting to know eachother better, but the feeling only increased.

One day Dean confronted the star about it.
"Cas, what's going on? Every since I found you I haven't been the same. I have a weird, tight feeling in my stomach..." Dean looked up at Cas once he finished.

"Dean, the same things been going on with me. Isn't there a way to find out what it means?"
Dean thought for a minute and it hit him.
"The Google always works for Sammy. That's my brother by the way.." He chuckled and got his phone.

He went to search and typed in all his and Cas's symptoms and pressed 'search'.  They waited for it to load and what popped up was 'Love'.

"Cas..it says that's usually the feeling when one is in..love..." Dean said, wide eyed up at Cas.

But it all made sense to Dean. When he thought about it, he really did love his star.

Cas smiled. "Dean..do you..love me?" He asked. Full of hope that Dean might say yes. Cas didn't know emotion, but all the other stars talked about love. Cas hoped that one day he'd know love. Maybe that's right now in this beaten motel room.

The feeling frighten Dean, but he couldn't run away from it, it's what he's been wanting for a long time.

"Yes, Cas. I do." Dean looked away, shameful of his feelings.
"Dean..I love you, too." Cas smiled and Dean got up and hugged his star. He hugged his star tightly and full of love.

"Why are you squeezing me with your body?" Cas asked. Dean chuckled.
"It's a hug Cas. I'm hugging you." Dean replied and pulled away. He pressed his lips against Cas's and its like time itself stopped. Like nothing in the whole world mattered, but him and Cas right there.
Dean pulled away when he needed to breath. "I love you, Cas. I love you far much more to the moon and back." He smiled and Cas smiled. "I love you, too, Dean.."

And they lived happily ever after.
