Hey, can we meet up sometime today? Maybe at Browning Park? I want to talk to you.
Willa sent Logan a text, she barely slept last night. After talking to Elisa and hearing about her feelings for Tyler and thinking on all her dates with Logan, she had layed in bed thoughts whirling. He texted back almost immediately.
Yeah, is everything okay? How about in a half hour?
She typed out her text
Okay great, I'll meet you by the bench in the middle of the square. I'll talk to you then."
Elisa burst in the room just then.
"I got our mail! Here," she said tossing some envelopes and magazines onto her lap. Willa rifled through. Junk, bills, a magazine she didn't subscribe to and an envelope from Disney?
She opened it up, skimming over the information she found an invitation to appear at the premier of the newest Disney movie, two weeks from now in Hollywood. All the Keepers were probably invited. She smiled, that would be so fun! Then her heart dropped, all the Keepers would be there, Philby would be there. Philby would be there with his new girlfriend. Laying aside the papers she sighed. She glanced at the time, it was time to go meet Logan, she would think about this later.

Willa snuggled deeper into her thin sweater, for late April it was very cold. She spotted Logan sitting on the bench, he was on his phone looking cozy in a warm sweatshirt and beanie.
"Hey," she said walking up.
"Hey!" He smiled when he saw her. "So what's going on? Here, sit down" He said moving over so she could sit on the bench with him.
"Well..." she began, sitting down next to him but trailing off. "We're getting a little more serious right?"
He nodded. She opened her mouth and shut it again.
"I don't know how to say this..."
"I think I already have an idea of what you're going to say." Logan said regretfully.
"Logan...I think you are absolutely incredible, you're funny, passionate about what you love, you're are one the nicest guys I have ever met, that's why I can't keep dating you."
"What? Why, that makes no sense!" He pleaded.
"Because, I can't give you the kind of relationship you deserve. My hearts not in it..."
"I think I understand...is it because if your ex, Philby?"
"I don't know..." she said feeling more upset and confused after hearing his name.
"It's okay...I get it. Thanks for being honest." He said sadly and bluntly but not angrily. "I'll see you around, Willa"
He got and started walking away, turning around and giving a wave and small smile.
Willa sighed, why did she always have to be the one who broke off relationships.

"Yeah, all of us are going" Charlene said over the phone. "Are you going to be okay with that?"
"I think so...uhg, I just want to talk to you in person, I miss you and I'm a total mess." Willa groaned. "Have you met her?"
"Sort of, I said hi, but I wasn't really interested in getting to know her too well...Honestly though you're dating someone else too. From what I've seen on Instagram, you guys hang out a lot,"
"I'm not anymore, I broke it off, I wasn't feeling it." Willa said.
There was a pause.
"Because of Philby?"
"No." Willa said quickly. "I broke up with him remember, I'm over it."
"Right." Charlene said, sounding unconvinced.
"Yeah, I'm over it. Anyway I'm going to see all you guys and have a ton of fun, that's that."
"Okay, well...I'll see you then."
They said their goodbyes and Willa sat staring out the window for a long time, lost in thought.
