Epilogue

3 months later...

"Dell, come on! Everyone else is swimming!" Willa pleaded pulling Philby over to the pool. It was summer now, all of the Keepers were on break and made their way back to Florida, it didn't take long for them to get together, they ended the day at Finn's house for a night by the pool.

"Ugh, fine! I don't why you're always so bossy!" Philby complained, but he was smiling.

Willa looked delighted and hopped back into the water. Of course nothing could take that smile off her face, she was finally able to see Philby in person every day. The months of seperation had been hard, but they talked as often as they could and she tried not to over think everything. Philby got in the water, only to sit on the steps, and talk to Jess. She internally rolled her eyes, she should of known he wouldn't actually swim, at least he was in the water, she would pick her battles. Her eyes wandered, Maybeck and Charlene were in deep conversation. Maybeck tenderly brushed some hair from Charlene's eyes. Willa knew that it wouldn't be long before those two got together. Maybeck had transferred to the Art Institute in North Hollywood for no apparent reason and from what Charlene said it sounded like they were hanging out a lot. Willa looked over to see Finn jumping off the diving board hand in hand with Amanda. She was pretty sure they weren't a couple yet, but she had no idea why. Finn was obviously in love with the girl. She watched with amusement as Finn took care to make sure they both had space on the diving board and Amanda had enough room to jump in. Willa smiled. The whole year had gone so very differently than she expected. Looking around she realized how much had changed, they had all changed.

"Hey," she turned around to see Maybeck,

"What's up?" she smiled.

"What do you say we go drag Philby into the water?" He said with a quirk in his eyebrow.

"I say that sounds like an amazing idea!" Willa agreed mischievously.

"I heard something about getting your dork of a boyfriend to swim" Charlene swam up to them. "Cause if you're trying to dunk him, I'm all in."

They all laughed, Philby turned and looked at them.

"If you're trying to get me to swim, it's not going to work." Philby yelled from the other side of the pool.

Maybeck swam swiftly and pushed Philby off the steps and into the water, getting him completely wet.

"Oh, yeah. Looks like it worked Philharmonic!" He laughed.

Philby surfaced sputtering. Finn and Amanda had joined the group and were laughing along with everyone else. Willa didn't have time to absorb the scene, soon they were engaged in a full on splash war.

The night ended late. After the pool they had wrapped themselves in towels, ate Mrs. Whitman's cookies around the fire pit and talked for hours. The sky was beginning to lighten when Philby pulled into Willa's driveway.

"You tired?" Philby asked.

"Not really, after all these years as Keepers I'm used to no sleep."

"True that." Philby said as they got out of the car and walked towards Willa's door.

"I'm glad we're together right now." Philby said taking Willa's hand.

Willa smiled up at him, he always said such sweet things when she least expected. She stood on her tiptoes, wrapping her arms around his neck.

"I love you." She whispered in his ear.

"I love you too." He whispered back.

"You should probably go, your Mom is is most likely freaking out." Willa said pulling away.

Philby groaned.

"You are so right."

He kissed her softly once, then twice.

"I'll see you tomorrow." Willa smiled at the ability to finally say those words. She watched him walk away and waved as he pulled out. She thought of all the events of the day and smiled. From the day spent with her best friends, to Philby's soft goodbye kisses, These were the days she would remember for the rest of her life.

A/N Oh my gosh, it's been so fun to write this story, and I have loved the reason to write endless Wilby moments! Anyhow, I have a new story idea it will be a Kingdom Keepers compilation of headcanons and one shots, the first part should be up soon!
