Dane called his driver and in a few minutes, in front of my very own eyes, there was a strethed black limo! I had seen Mackenzie being driven in the limo before so it was quiet familiar. The driver named Rob, very stylishly came out of the car and shook my hand and bowed. What courtesy! I gave a smile and instantaneously I felt like a princess. Three reasons why:
1. Someone bowed infront of me
2. I was getting a ride in a limo
3. I was with Dane
What could ruin such a winsome moment as this.
"Dane! Where the hell are you going!" Mackenzie snarled and gave me the beastly evils. " And why is she with you anyways?"
I guess I thought that too early! Hmph....
Dane and I turned our head around to see an angry, revoltingly ugly (as I thought) Mackenzie. She was fuming like fireballs heading straight for us. I gave a scared expression to Dane and he gave me a guilty smile still the word WORRY on his face.
"Uh he wa.."I began saying when i was rudely interrupted
" I am not asking you, I am asking Dane, who is MY boyfriend!"She spluttered and walked over to where Dane was standing and linked arms with him, clearly trying to make me jealous and for her certainty, it worked. I couldn't bare to see how she looked at him, how he looked at her, how she kissed him, how he kissed her.
"Uh sorry Summ...Uh Cara, I think it would be at your best to go without me, Rob drop Cara off please" Dane replied and with that he followed Mackenzie back inside the house.
My heart felt betrayed and toyed with. I felt it had been stabbed a million time. I stood there looking at them hoistaly walk inside,they were a perfect couple. Both pretty and handsome and both just complimented eachother very well. Maybe Mackenzie was right, maybe I am just not worth it! A tear fell from my stinging eyes as reality hit me and realised that Rob was watching me very carefully.
As he saw that I caught his eye, his gaze fell to the ground as I made my way inside the car. It was very spacious inside! Well ofcourse it is a Limo! I awkwardly sat on the rexine seats.
"Madam, by any chance may I ask you a question?" Rob questioned and I quickly gave him a nod of confirmation. "Do you like Mackenzie?"
"Well to be honest...I don't like her one bit, can't stand a sight of her, with Dane, boils my blood but don't tell him I told you this!" I scoffed in embarrassment.
"HAHA, don't worry! I detest her and Dane doesn't like her very much too. You seem like a really sweet girl, more deserving!" he replied, laughing hysterically.
"More deserving?"I questioned
"Yes I think you and Dane would make a very good couple!" he answered.
I blushed at those words and then recalled the moment of him telling me to go without him and the happy moments turned instantly to despair.
