Who Are You?

"Cara, she is only my friend, making assumptions is not a good thing to do, you know!" James bellowed as he went upstairs, leading me on with him.

"Sure, sure!" I smirked and I replied and nudged his elbow as we made our way into his chamber room.

"Cara, you know that I like Naomi, like are you for real," he retaliated in a whispery tone so no one could hear except me.

"I know, but you must have the tiniest feelings for her, since she is your real close friend!" I avowed as he gave me a stern look and went back to looking in his wardrobe. His wardrobe consisting of a few shirts and a few shorts and loads of featured tops. He pulled out a t-shirt labelled with The Lost on the front embedded on a white plain backgorund and took out some ripped jeans and asked me which one would suit him.

"Cara, what should I wear, what would suit?" he asked itching his forehead.

"Oh, stop acting like a girl, and choose one of them!" I retorted as he chuckled.

"You know, I'll remind you, if you have forgotten that you are a girl," he replied shaking his head.

"I meant the stereotypical idea of girl, always taking ages to get dressed and what not," I babbled. "Just wear the lighter shade, it will look decent with the white top" I sighed.

"Don't you need to tell your dad or the maid of yours, that you are staying here for some more time?" he asked and I gulped at his remark. My dad would be furious if he found out that I am at a boys house. However harsh he is, he is very and I say very overprotective over me.

"Oh, they both know, I texted them this morning at breakfast," I clarified as I made my way to the guest room to run away from any questions regarding my family.

I went inside the guest room which was undeniably huge. The bed was spacious, enough for four people to sleep in. I quickly texted Ellie to bring a few pairs of clothes for me as I didn't really have time to go home or should I say that I was worried of being near my dad. I really do feel bad for lying to everyone but I can't help it. They do say that my worries are their worries and that's what I don't want. I don't want them to be worrying about my situations. It my bad luck that I was born with two unfaithful parents and so now I bear the consequence.

I fall on to the bed with a thump and bounced a little before laying flat on my back. I always do that, it's suprisingly really satisfying to fall onto a freshly made cold bed. My mind babbled with thoughts, how far I have come, what has happened to me, why I am doing all this. I am doing all this for you Dane...IT ALL BEGAN WITH YOU....

I reverently rubbed my fingers along the silken mattress. I pressed my cheek to the cool, velvet pillows. The comforter was thick and irresistibly soft, like a billowing cloud. I toppled into it, relieved to rest her weary feet. Warmth and darkness enveloped me. I soon succumbed to the call of door bell ring. I leaped out and made my way down the lino stairs and went to the door. But Sienna reluctantly opened it before I got there.

The girl stood with a hip jutted to one side, her right arm draped across her slender body, clasping the elbow opposite. Her head lolled down to one shoulder casting her bobbed hair onto the faded Prince t-shirt that was two sizes too big. It hung so low that her shorts only just peeked below the dirty hem, a fringe of denim cut-offs. Her static eyes had picked a patch of concrete with nothing to distinguish it from any other patch, it had the same cracks, the same weeds, the same grime. A car back-fired a street over, renting the air as good as any gun-shot, but instead of startling she stayed just as she was. Her lips perked into a small smile at me and Sienna.

"Ayse! Great to see you chummy!" a voice called out as I spun around to see James making his way down the stairs. Things happened so quicly, I couldnt gesture them, not even for a second. Ayse ran inside and fell into James' arms. Startlingly myself, I cringed at the sight and my heart did a flip flop in my chest. Why was that? Was I this naive?

"Oh gosh, it's great to see you!" Ayse chirped excitedly as she pulled James' into another friendly hug. Emma plummeted down the stairs as she ran to Ayse and hugged.

"James, won't you introduce Ayse to your friend?" Sienna reasoned as I smiled at her beckoning her to come forward.

"Hi, I am Cara, nice to meet you Ayse!" I demered as I drew my hand forward expecting her to comply which she intantly did.

"Pleasure to meet you Cara, James talks a lot about you, ain't that right chummy?"she eyed weirly at James and smirked and back to me.

"Oh Ayse, you will never grow up, won't you," James lectured as I snickered at the beautiful friendship between them.

"Nope never! Hey guys, lets go and hoard James' room," Ayse claimed and with just that the door bell rung once more.

"Oh, didn't know we were expecting more guests," Ayse said.

"Cara's and Emma's friends are coming over to," James replied whilst opening the door.

As I said, I had always thought of Emma's friend to be a girl just like her because up on meeting her, her pickiness was quite evident. However the "friend" ultimately was her boyfriend-Leon. Behind was one of my two favourite people in the world.

"Ellie! Amy! So great to see you!" I exclaimed as I hugged the both in a warm hug.

"Ellie meet Ayse, Ayse meet Ellie, Amy meet Ayse, Ayse meet Amy, Ellie meet Emma, Emma meet Ellie, Amy meet Emma, Ellie meet Leon, Leon meet Ellie, Amy meet Leon and lastly Leon meet Amy," I sighed as I caught my breath. Introducing someone is the hardest thing possible.

"I applaud you for that," James marvelled as I took a quick bow.

"Soooo, is anyone esle arriving?" Ayse asked curiously as we shook our heads.

"So, that's all of us! Great! How about a game of truth or dare...?" Ayse claimed and with that we all headed for James's room.

I am again very sorry for not updating any sooner! Omg a game of truth or dare! riskayyyyyyyyyyyy huh?
