Living the High Life

Chapter 12

August started. The boys had 8 days before their shows at the Royal Albert Hall. All of them were getting excited about it.

Jodie, Charlotte and Sid had all got time off to come see the shows. Not that it mattered to much for Jodie and Charlotte. Jodie worked in a school nursery so it was term time only and the 5sos boys had now finished their tour so Charlotte was coming. Sid was the only one that had to get the time off but he didn't care.

Jodie and Charlotte came round the day before the show. We were all traveling up to London together Brad and Tristan came over as well, we were picking Sid up on the way.

"Rhi what time we leaving?" James asked coming down from the attic room with his suit case

"Jake wants us there by 2:30. But we have to stop and get Sid on the way which is a bit out of our way. So the sooner we leave the better." I said

"Okay. What time are Brad and Tristan coming round?" Connor asked

"About half 8." I said

"Okay. So they should be here soon." James said

"Yeah." I said

When everyone finally arrived we loaded our selves onto to the tour bus and headed towards London. But first we had to pick Sid up.

"Hey Sid." I said when he climbed onto the bus.

"Hey Rhi. You okay?" He asked pulling his bag up the stairs.

"Yeah I'm good thanks." I said

"Good to hear. Hey guys." He said seeing the others.

"Hey." They all said

We arrived in London at just gone half 1 which gave us plenty of time to get the Royal Albert hall and do sound check.

While the boys were doing sound check me and the others had a talk around the hall. It was amazing. It had been there for well over 200 years and it still looked amazing. I remember mum telling me about it when I was a kid but to be stood inside was just incredible.

The boys finished sound check at just gone half 3. So while the other boys plus Jodie and Sid were messing around me, James and Charlotte went to the gym.

We got back just in time the show.

"Hello Royal Albert hall. How are you?" James said cheers came from the crowd.

"Good glad to hear it." James said

"Okay so Royal Albert hall. Tonight is our firstnight and we thought that we would film a DVD. So your all on film." Brad said

"Yeah my wife is in the crowd somewhere." Connor said looking round for me

"Awww ain't that nice." Trist said

"Yeah. My beautiful wife." Connor said smiling

"Seems strange to say your wife con." James said

"Does a bit." Con said smiling

"Been married just over a year and it still feels weird saying 'I'd like you to meet my wife.'" Connor said

The other boys laughed.

"Shall we get on with the show?" Brad said

"Yeah I think we should." James said

They launched into Somebody to you.

The show that night was fantastic and so were the others and it was a brilliant way to finish off what has been an incredible year.

2 weeks later and me, Jodie and Charlotte are heading to New Zealand for our girls holiday. We were only going for 2 weeks. Just was enough time for us to have a rest from boys and life.

"Have fun babe." Connor said kissing me

"Thanks. Have fun with the boys." I said smiling

"Thanks." He said

"Come on Rhi." Charlotte said from the car.

"Yeah coming." I said I kissed Con one last time then got in the car.

"Come on let's go." Jodie said and we were off.

We got to Heathrow airport at just gone half 6 that night. We were on an over night flight just to make life easier for us.

"Ready girls?" I said

"Yeah." They said smiling

We boarded the plane for New Zealand.

We were staying in Auckland. A place I had been many times with the boys. But it was nice to come here with the girls and not have to work.

"I'm so tired." Charlotte said when we got off the plane in Auckland

"Yeah same here." Jodie said

"Same. Hotel for some sleep?" I said

"Yes please." They both said

"Good come on then." I said smiling and we headed for our hotel.
