Chapter 9

Charlotte POV

Michaels parents were lovely and so welcoming. I'd been so worried about them not liking me, I now don't know why I was so worried. It was a lovely afternoon spent with his family. We got back to the hotel at about half 7 we had to be up at 6 for the flight to Perth and we all needed a good nights sleep. I was working tomorrow, the stage and all the gear had gone by road. It had left last night and would arrive in Perth at 11:30 tomorrow morning.

"Night babe. See you in the morning." Michael said turning off his lamp at the side of him

"Night." I said rolling over to turn my light off.

The rest of our time in Australia was lovely.

I'd spoken to Rhianne and she was having a blast.

It wasn't long before I was flying home, it was my grandmas birthday so I was going to see her. New Zealand is such an amazing place and before I knew it I was heading home for 2 weeks. I needed the time away to get my self back together and catch up on some sleep, I'd been working so hard lately and Michael had been getting annoyed that I hadn't had the time to spend with him so I thought that being at home for a couple of weeks would give us both a chance to chill out and be apart.

"When you coming back?" Michael asked dropping me off at the airport after the show in Wellington.

"21st june." I said

"Okay babe." He said

"I'll see you in Beijing." I said kissing him

"Okay. Have a nice time at home." Michael said

"I plan to." I said smiling I kissed him one last time then headed for my plane.

The flight back to the UK was long. I had a 4 hour wait in Dubai which was horrible I just wanted to get home and sleep in my own bed.

Jodie was there to meet me off the plane.

"Hey Hun." She said giving me a hug.

It's the first time I'd seen her since the start of the tour at the start of April.

"Hey." I said smiling

"How you been?" She asked

"Yeah. Very jet lagged." I said

"Yeah I bet. Let's get home." Jodie said

Rhianne POV.

Beijing China. Saturday 18th June.

I was at the airport to collect Michael, Ash, Luke and Calum off the plane. They'd just flown over from Hong Kong. Their shows in Beijing weren't until the 20th and 21st June. So they had a couple of days to kill and Charlotte wasn't due back until the 21st she'd gone home for a couple of weeks just for a break.

"Hey boys." I said giving them a hug

"Hey Rhianne you okay?" Luke said

"Yeah not bad. I have to admit I'm going to be glad when this is all over I'm so tired its unreal." I said as we headed out of the airport and to the car.

"I bet." Luke said

"Think what's keeping me going at the moment is the fact that the boys have the whole of next year off." I said smiling

"Yeah I bet that's going to be nice." Ash said

"Yeah. They'll see each other and write the next album but there will be no tour and there will be a lot of time spent at home." I said smiling

"Yeah that should be nice." Ash said

"Yeah I can't wait." I smiled

We got back to the hotel.

"Come on Rhi we have sound check." James said

"Sorry." I said

"See you later Rhi." Cal said

"Yeah. You coming to watch the show?" I asked

"Don't think so. Think we all need to catch up on some sleep." Michael said

"Fair enough. See you tomorrow then maybe." I said smiling

"Yeah have fun." They said

Sadly I couldn't wait around and see Charlotte when she got back on the 21st we were moving on and I had to work. But having the 5sos boys around for a couple of days was going to be fun.

"Boys can we hurry up please. Jake is waiting." I said on the morning of the Beijing show. We were heading over to the venue for sound check

"Coming." They said all appearing from their rooms.

"You guys take longer than I do to get ready." I said

"So." Tristan said

"Come on." I said and we went down to the tour bus and over to the venue.

I got so bored with walking around such a big arena for the whole day I was whizzing around on my wizboard which made for some entertainment for the people waiting outside the arena.

"Bored Rhi?" James said as I glided into the arena

"Just a little." I said

"Oh dear. Fancy a race?" James said

"Yeah why not." I smiled

I should really be doing some work but instead I was racing the boys up and down the arena. Jake couldn't say anything to me, he had told me to stay with the boys for the day and if that meant playing on our Wizboards then fine that's what we would do.

"I win." I said raising my arms in the air.

"3rd time in a row." James said

"Someone has nothing better to do." Tristan said

"Hey. I get bored really easily." I said smiling

"Debatable." Connor said

"Oi." I said smiling

It was a fun afternoon on the lead up to the show.
