Living the High Life

Chapter 33

New York turned into Philadelphia which then turned into Washington DC. It was Lilly's first time in DC so this was exciting. Me, Connor and Sid took Lilly into the centre of Washington for a bit of shopping and for some lunch.

We had a great time and Lilly enjoyed herself, we took her to an indoor play while we had some lunch. It was just gone 2:30 when we got back to the arena for the show. The other boys had been enjoying some well-deserved rest and some sleep.

"Have a good day?" James asked

"Yeah it was good fun." I said smiling putting Lilly on the floor to have a crawl around. She was getting really good at walking and could now stand herself up with holding on to anything.

"Good to hear." James said smiling

"Yeah it was lovely to get out." Connor said smiling picking Lilly up and turning her round before she snacked her head on the table that was in the dressing room.

The show in Washington was the best yet and so much fun. The boys came off at half 10 on such a high.

Where was the tour going before I even had time to think we were in Los Angeles. Los Angeles was amazing and the weather was stunning lovely and hot. We had a couple of days after the Dallas show to chill out. We spent the 2 days that we had chilling out by the pool at the hotel.

"James come get Lilly for me." I said Lilly after spending an hour in the pool with the boys she had fallen asleep on me. I needed to go inside to get a drink.

"Yeah okay." He said getting out of the pool. Connor was having so much fun and James was sat on the side of pool watching the other boys and Sid.

I went to get us all a drink then came back out. James was lying on my sun bed with Lilly still asleep on his chest.

"Thanks Rhi." James said

"No problem." I said putting the drink on the floor beside the sun bed.

"Want me to take her?" I asked

"No its okay. It's not like I'm doing anything." James said smiling he seemed so at home with Lilly lying on his chest.

I just laughed and sat down on the sun bed next to him.

It was a lovely couple of days chilling out in Dallas. In no time at all we were heading to Rio.

The show in Rio was amazing but the end of the America tour meant it was time to say good bye to Sid it had been great to have him around and on tour with us.

"Thanks for coming." I said we were at the airport in Rio saying goodbye to Sid.

"Thanks for having me." Sid said smiling

"Not a problem." I said

We said goodbye to Sid then headed for our own plane and for Australia.

Charlotte POV

Being on tour with Rhianne and the boys had been great but it was now just over a month later and I was at home. Michael was off with the 5sos boys working and I was at home enjoying some time to my self.

I had come over to Rhianne's to feed Rex and Alec when my brother Josh called

"Hey dude what's up?" I asked he sounded upset

"Have...you spoken...to mum?" He said

"No Why? What's happened Josh?" I asked

"It's nan." Josh said

"What about her?" I asked expecting josh to say that she was coming to see us or something I wasn't expecting what came next.

"She died this morning." Josh said his voice shaking
