I woke up to an annoying jabbing on my shoulder. I tried to shrug it off but, it didn't go away. Honestly, why isn't it going away? Why can't it take a break? What kind of idiot doesn't understand that my lack of acknowledgement means I'm not in the mood? Maybe if I turn and mumble incoherently, it will go away.
"Wake up! Kim! Wake! Up!" Andrew commanded, shaking me back and forth, after he realised that his attack on my shoulder wasn't working. Darn it!
"I'm up. I'm up! Get your filthy hands off of me," I snapped, opening my eyes.
"At last, Sleeping Ugly has awakened. Now she can get her as..ztec... out of the car and change into this," Andrew proceeded to shove some clothes into my hands.
"What's wrong with what I have on?" I quickly scanned my all black outfit. I thought it screamed espionage. I dropped the clothes he'd handed me in my lap and folded my hands across my chest. I felt childish doing it but, I was proud of the clothes I picked out.
"You look...unprofessional. I can't be seen with you if you're wearing that. It draws too much attention. And I shouldn't have to explain anything to you. You shouldn't be here right now!"
"I think I look fine. You're not my Dad so quit acting like it !" I was really frustrated by now. Why did he suddenly feel the need to insult me so much? I can believe I, at one point, thought he was... I let out a agitated sigh and tried to shoot lasers at him with my eyes.
"I'm sorry which one of us is the experienced spy? Better yet, which one of us is the spy? Don't question me! Just do as I say! From now on you will do what I say. Got it?" He looked furious by now. His mouth formed a straight line as he looked at me sternly in the eyes.
"You're such a -"
"I didn't ask for your input, I asked for you to get changed...NOW!" His voice was dangerously low. He pointed his finger forcibly at the door.

I stepped out of the bathroom in a purple quarter-sleeved shirt and jeggings. It was okay but, I wouldn't wear this normally. I was so hungry. I could here my stomach growling. I looked hungrily at every food place. After an eternity, Andrew finally walked into a quiet cafe. We were briskly escorted to our table. I saw the waiter out of the corner of my eye. He was blatantly checking my out. I blushed from the attention and took a seat in the chair across from Andrew.
"Here are your menus and if you need anything else... I'm Mark," Mark winked.
"Thanks," I giggled trying to ignore Andrew's irritated throat clearing.
"Thanks," Andrew mock giggled ten octaves too high. I silently thanked God that Mark had left to go serve another table. Mark seemed pretty kind. I really didn't care for him that much. I was just returning the kindness... Andrew blatantly getting jealous was a great plus though! I rolled my eyes. What was his problem? He could be so annoying at times. My thoughts swirled around my head. So many things came to my mind. Then, everything stopped at one thought. Gregory.
I missed Gregory. Before the dance, we had become very close. Now, It pained me to think of how he must be holding out. The last time I talked to him I gave him a hard time. Now I might not even be able to take it back... No! I won't think about it.
I turned my attention to my menu. The harsh thoughts of Gregory's fate made me lose my appetite. When Mark came back, I ordered the food, half-heartedly. I fiddled with my menu when a girl came and delivered our food.
"What happened to Mark," I questioned, before realising that I didn't really care about the answer.
"Um...I think he like left but like I'm your new server and stuff," She spoke all too preppy. Before leaving, she made sure to flirt with Andrew as much as possible. I wasn't bothered by it one bit. Why should I care about the smile he was giving her? A smile he once gave me... Why should I even give any thought to why he laughed at things I didn't find funny? I could almost swear they were long lost friends.
I forked my food around. Finally, I took bite, trying to fill the sudden emptiness I felt. I ate and ate but, felt so alone and lost in my thoughts.
"Thinking about someone," Andrew asked but, it came out more as a statement.
"Yeah," I breathed and took another bite.
"You probably scared Mark off with that huge appetite of yours."
"Huh? Are you calling me fat?"
"Let me re-phase that cows go 'moo'," He chuckled at the last part.
That was it. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I was so over this boy who wants to control every aspect of my life but couldn't get a grip of his emotions. How did I become the guy in this relationship? Aren't girls suppose to be going through all these wierd bipolar trips. I had suffered through so much but this was it no more. If he thought I was going to sit here and take it, he was wrong. I refuse to put up with this anymore. I don't have to take his crap. I am woman hear me roar! Just then, Andrew's laugh filled the small cafe. Any hopes of blending in and not being noticed were defianatly off as all the patrons and I looked at him like a crazy person. But Andrew, being Andrew waved them off with a flick of his wrist. The spectators returned to there meal when they realised that there was nothing to see.
"I am woman here me roar," He whispered not bothering to conceal any mirth. I blushed bright red a stood up ready to leave from the meal. That was enough embarassment for a lifetime. And yet, it was nice to see Andrew's smile. I had actually missed it. It's like when you wait for something so long that you forget that you were even waiting. It was that tidbit that made a grin plaster itself on my holpless face.
We headed for a bus stop. It's crowd was about average size. I had to give Andrew props on his choice in clothes for the mission. We fit in really well. I was practically breathing down Andrew's neck trying to avoid losing him. I did a quick survey of our surroundings like we practiced in training. Nothing seemed out of place as my vision sweeped the busy concrete jungle. The bus crowd seemed normal as well, all except this one lady awkwardly eyeing me. She had a mysterious look in her eye. I glanced at her for a moment. She was wearing all black. Her hair was jet black which brought out her sharp cheek bones. A bus approached and we all boarded. Andrew, Me, Her...
We all took the same seat. Andrew, Me, Her...
"Hello," she finally spoke," You look so... interesting. Where did you get your clothes?"
"The mall," I responed vagely, starting to wonder where Andrew got the clothes myself.
""How about you just sit over there and leave us to talk"
"She knows... about everything," Andrew spoke icily.
