Chapter 32: Its Getting Bigger

Heathers POV

Three months later

I was super hungry. I slowly got out of bed as to not wake up Steven.

I waddled down the hallway, stopping at the full length mirror. I was in my pajamas, my hair in a ponytail, no makeup, and had a bigger stomach. It's been three months, the end of my first trimester, and I had just had my third regular checkup. I was exhausted.

I sighed. I felt ugly. But I was having a baby, I mean that's good right?

"You look beautiful" I heard Steven whisper in my ear.

I smiled and turned around. "Oh please I look like a big beach ball."

He kissed my forehead. "Stop that, you're beautiful."

I chuckled and raised my eyebrows. "I'm hungry."

I continued walking to the kitchen, grabbed the cereal and poured a bowl. I sat down and started to eat. However, I couldn't focus because Steven was fucking staring at me.

"Do you mind?" I snapped.

Steven laughed. "Wow, you are moody."

I stuck out my tongue at him as my phone rang.

"What?!" I almost yelled into the phone.

"Geez bitch! Relax.." I heard Court say.

I sighed. "Sorry girl, I'm a little moody.."

Steven chuckled. "A little? Lie much?"

I tossed a frosted flake at him.

"So Court, what do you want?"

"I was wondering if I could come over and see you, see your stomach, how it grew. Ill bring Joe!"

I smiled to myself. "Of course Courtney, you're always welcome."

She laughed. "I'll be over there in a few baby girl!"

"Okay, see you soon!"

Steven came up next to me after I hung up with Court.

"Are they coming over?" He asked cutely.

I swiveled around in the chair to face him. "Yessir!" I winked.

"You know, don't make me want you when you're pregnant, chicky, he rubbed my stomach, our little baby won't be able to take it!" He smiled seductively.

I laughed and kissed him. "I love you babe."

"I love you too Heather."

About 10 minutes later, Court and Joe walked in. I gave Court a tight hug.

"Thanks for coming!"

She laughed. "Of course! I love seeing you!"

Joe gave me hug. "It's good to see you Heather. You look great for 3 months pregnant."

I smiled. "Thanks Joe."

We sat down in the living room.

"So Heather, is it hard to sleep and walk like that?" Joe asked.

I raised my eyebrows. "Um obviously..it's like 4 pounds extra weight!" I laughed.

Court shoved Joe. "I apologize for his stupidity."

Joe kissed her. "You're stuck with me though, baby."

Court chuckled. "Tell me something I don't know"

About an hour later, Court and Joe had to leave because they had dinner reservations.

"Bye Heather, Joe said, when do you find out the gender?"

"Three months from now, second trimester." I replied.

He smiled genuinely. "Well, me and Court might wanna know when you find out, so make sure you update us?"

I laughed. "Of course Joe"

Courtney came up and hugged me again. "I love you bitch! Stay strong with this! You can get through it!" She giggled. "It's getting bigger, your stomach."

I smiled and patted it. "I know."

After waving goodbye, Joe and Courtney left. Me and Steven watched movies for the rest of the night, his arms around my shoulders, cuddling me to his chest. I was completely content.
