I awoke hearing a knock on the door. Hoshi had fallen asleep at my feet. I looked over at my clock and I was late. I wouldn't have any time to eat breakfast or make lunch. Crap! Crap! Crap! Crap!

I pulled on my uniform and grabbed my bag off my desk.

"Hoshi I have to go to class!"

"Can I go?"

"No, I'm sorry Hoshi."

"Fine,"

"Go explore outside. Just don't cause trouble or get caught." I smiled.

"Alright, then I'll walk you to class,"

"Hoshi, all I have to do is open any door." I opened the door and let him out.

I saw Rin and Yukio heading out.

"Hey, could you guys wait for me!" I yelled.

The boys turned around and waited. When I caught up to them they looked surprised.

"Oh crap! We totally forgot to wait for you!" Rin exclaimed.

"I'm very sorry!" Yukio apologized.

"It's no problem! I just forgot to turn my alarm on. Oh, and whoever knocked on my door, thanks! It woke me up."

Rin said, "No problem, it was me."

"Then, why didn't you remind me?" Yukio asked.

"I forgot after breakfast!" Rin defended.

Yukio used his key to open the door and led us down the hell to the classroom.

"This will be your classroom. Try to get familiar with some other students before class."

"I  bet they'll think I look weird when they see the demon tiara on my head," I laughed.

Rin and I entered the classroom after Yukio told us that class starts in 10 minutes. Yukio said that he has to take care of some business before class began.

When we walked in I saw a boy with pink hair, a boy that was short with glasses, a boy that had mostly spiky black hair and a golden stripe down his head of hair. Then at the side opposite if the room sat a girl  with short brown hair and a girl with purplish ponytails and weird eyebrows. Then in the back sat a boy with a puppet and someone that was hooded. When I walked in with Rin the room went quiet.

"So Rin you got a girlfriend? She's pretty cute!" Yelled the pink haired boy.

"Why is she wearing a crown?" Said the purple haired girl with attitude.

I coughed awkwardly and began deciding whether or not I should tell a bunch of kids that wanted to be exorcists that I was a demon.

"Well, have you guys heard the story of the eight demon princes?" I asked them.

They didn't say anything so I began the story. "It's said that when eight demon princes are born and they take their places on the throne then they will over power Satan. There would be much chaos if this happened, so it's a bit like a curse. I'm keeping that from happening. I'm a demon princess. Had I been born a male then there might be much chaos in this world."

There was a silence and the the girl with the attitude sighed, "Whatever."

"It's serious stuff, Izumo!" Rin yelled.

"So, she's a demon, and a threat. Why the hell is she becoming an exorcist?" The boy with the spiky black and golden hair asked.

"I want to be able to protect myself and others," I said thinking about Ms. Bernese.

"Well, I still think that she's kind of cute," said the pink haired boy approaching me. "I'm Renzo Shima, here's my number call me whenever you feel the urge to hear my voice, day or night."

I laughed and said, "When I get a phone I'll do that."

"Looks like you'll need to get a phone soon."

"Oh, and I'm Kasumi,"

"That's a pretty name," Renzo gushed.

"Leave her alone Shima," Rin sighed.

"Don't get so jelous, Rin!" Renzo laughed.

Class was going to begin in about three minutes when a girl with short blonde hair burst in panting.

"Hi Rin! She said sitting by Rin."

"Hey Shiemi! Why are you so flushed?" Rin asked.

"I ran here," She panted.

"Couldn't you have used the key from the shop?"

"Oh! I forgot about the key!" She exclaimed.

"Hi! I'm Kasumi!"

"Oh, hello! I didn't see you. I'm Shiemi!  You must be new," she said.

"Yup! Oh, since everyone else knows you should know too. I"m a demon princess," I smiled.

"A d-demon?" She stuttered.

"Don't worry! I won't hurt you!" I laughed.

Wow, she seems really scared. Some of the people here don't seem to mind me. Others are scared or seem annoyed. I guess I should have expected this, but yet I thought that they might exept me right away. I guess that I'm going to have to earn their trust and respect by showing them that I really am on their side.

Yukio walked in and he began class. We had a few different teachers and I learned a bunch on my first day. At the end of the day my classmates opinions stayed the same.

Rin, Yukio, and I walked back into the dorms. We had dinner together and returned to our rooms. Hoshi was waiting for me and was very excited to see me. Maybe tomorrow I can make more friends. I though after finishing my homework and setting my alarm clock. I got ready for bed and dreamed of Rin...
