Another few weeks had passed and everything was as normal as it could be... at least for the moment. Surprisingly Téa and I had bonded as friends. She still gave me those cold stares every now and then, but I didn't worry myself about them. I also ended up explaining to Yugi how I knew Seto and why I didn't want to be around him when he had come around. Yugi scolded me, saying, "You should have told me! I would of taken your concerns into account!" In response I had given him a flat look in replying with, "You would of tried to give him the benefit of the doubt." He chuckled sheepishly at that, after thinking it over.

"An Excavation in Egypt?!" Tristan spoke aloud. This got my attention, as I turned to the group of friends that surrounded Yugi's desk beside me. "Yeah," Yugi replied, nodding his head in the direction for me to come join them. I smiled to him as I scooted my chair up to his desk. "They found a king's grave in the Valley of the Kings," Téa read. "That's where most Egyptian kings and pharaoh's are found," I replied, skimming through the news paper article that Yugi had brought along from this morning. "Really?" Yugi asked me in interest. I nodded before Yugi continued, "Starting tomorrow, it'll be on display at the Domino City Museum."

"That sounds fun! Let's go!" Miho cheered. "The professor who found the tomb on the Excavation exhibit is a friend of my grandpa," Yugi added, pretty excited about our next planned adventure, "He said he'd show us the excavation." At the word 'tomb' I saw Joey's frame turn ridged... what was wrong with him? "Speaking of Egypt, your puzzle was also found in Egypt, right Yugi?" Téa asked. I placed my cheek on my hand, leaning my elbow in Yugi's desk giving a smirk... How many times had we gone over this?

Yugi nodded, looking down at his treasure, "Y-yeah, this is the Millennium Puzzle." "But didn't your grandpa say the people who found it all died a mysterious death?" Téa asked again, still weary of the upside down pyramid around my best friends neck. I held in a laugh, knowing that Solomon was the only one who actually retrieved it. "For real?!" Joey freaked out, "Are you cursed or something, Yug?!" "No way!!" Yugi defended. I was trying my best not to burst out laughing as I also caught the puzzle shimmer quickly. Seemed Yami was amused as well.

While Joey held everyone's attention, Yugi had brought the puzzle up in his hands to look over it in a deep, thoughtful manner. It made me wonder if he had any knowledge of what was going on or not. I wish he did. The more I thought about it, I honestly thought Yugi wouldn't take the news of Yami too dramatically. Knowing Yugi much better now, he would most likely think on things before responding, especially on important matters.

"Look they have a mummy in the exhibit!" Tristan pointed out in the paper. "M-mummy?!" Joey choked out, catching mine and Yugi's attention again. "What's wrong? You look pale, Joey," Tristan asked, "Don't tell me you're scared of mummies?" "No way!" Joey protested. Apparently Tristan didn't pay much attention as he seemed to get lost in another one of his day dreams, most likely something about Miho... the goofy smile gave that one away. "Alright! I'm in for going tomorrow!" Tristan declared. "Then lets meet up in front of the museum at one o'clock tomorrow," Téa decided. "I'm looking forward to it!" Yugi smiled, turning to me, "You plan on coming too, right, Chloe?" I smiled back, "I wouldn't miss it."

The only thing I was worried about was Joey's uneasy expression. No one really seemed to take any notice, but for once I was worried about the blunt blonde... I guess I'd ask him later.

The next morning I arose, sleeping in a bit late considering it was the weekend. Getting up at nine, doing my morning shower, and routine, I found myself a bit excited about the day's events. Maybe it was because some parts of my home were here, where I was now. Maybe I was still a bit home sick? Granted, I had only been to the grand museum of Egypt once, but I hadn't ventured out into the town I temporarily called home.
