We were waiting inside the same radio studio, for a guy to come and pick us up and take us to the airport. Since Dan had took the van, we had no means of getting there, and we only had 1 more hour to get to there before we'd miss our flight.
I was biting on my thumb nail, and tapping my foot on the floor. I was eager to speak to both Ashton, and Michael, but with each one, I wanted to speak away from everyone else. As if my thoughts had been answered, Ashton wandered over to me with his head down, and his hands in his pockets.
"So... are you annoyed with me?"
I was astounded at his question, more than Ashton would probably realise. He didn't know how relieved I was that Dan was off my back, off mine and Michael's backs, but I didn't want anyone else being added to the list of 'who knows about Michael and Y/N', especially my brother.
"I'm not annoyed, not in the slightest actually. I'm sort of relieved. Dan was reall-"
"Really getting on your nerves? I know, that's why I told his boss." Ashton smiled weakly, before glancing ahead of us.
We saw one of the two security guys hanging up a phone, and as he shook his head, everyone looked towards him. He wandered over to where we were all waiting, before explaining to us that we'd have to wait another hour and a half for transport back to the hotel, since we now weren't making it to the airport on time. At least Dan had found us a large enough room before he'd been suspended.
I wandered back to the room where I fell asleep during the interview, and threw my heavy body onto the couch.
A dip in the seat beside me caught my attention, where Michael was sitting beside me. He sighed, and smiled at me weakly.
"I was looking forward to getting back home..." he trailed off. His hands were in his pockets, which he did when he was nervous or upset, "I wanted to go places, take you on dates-"
"Dates?" I giggled.
"Yeah... like if you want to be my girlfriend, then i'll need to take you on dates, stuff like that..." I giggled, but turned to Michael, and noted that his face was serious. His eyes also looked upset, and he'd told me many times before how he missed his family back in Sydney. I never would have thought that Michael would be the one to get homesick, but over the last few months that i'd really gotten close with him, i'd seen how much that he missed his family and friends.
I rested my head on his shoulder, and laced my fingers with his reassuringly. We sat there, just not talking, in pure silence. I was sure i'd almost fallen asleep again, perhaps because of the heat, or maybe the comfort of having Michael beside me. Luke opened the door, and seeing how close me and Michael were, he coughed and gestured for us to go into the next room. I lifted my tired head, and yawned before walking into the lobby (of sorts) with Michael's fingers still tangled with my own. I didn't care what anyone saw in us holding hands at the moment; I just needed comfort, as did Michael.
Ashton looked at our hands, before smiling half-heartedly at his best friend that was shoulder-to-shoulder with me. I smiled at Ash, although he probably didn't see, and Michael squeezed my hand. Back on the flight on the way to England, Ashton had noticed how close I was with Michael, and that he had held my hand the whole way here. He didn't seem to see anything wrong with it, and so I assumed he thought so now.
I looked out of the window of the lobby, as did everyone else, to a huge bus, that was already familiar to us all. I'd never been inside it myself, but I knew from what the boys had told me, that it was almost like a small hotel built only for them.
---------------------------------------------------------

"One, two, three, four, and five" Calum counted all the bunks inside the bus. Just after getting on it to drive back to the hotel, we'd been told there hadn't actually been a room booked for us, and that, now, we'd have to sleep on it whilst we drove over into France to a different airport. From there, there'd be a flight straight back to Sydney, so we'd be missing out the stop in Melbourne.
"There isn't enough bunks." I observed. There was four for the boys, and one for the security guys to keep swapping between driving shifts. Ashton mumbled to the security guy next to him, then looked between me and Michael.
"Do you think you could share?" Michael looked at me confused.
"What?" I asked.
"Do you think you and Michael could share? If its too awkward the i'l-"
"No its fine." Michael added hastily, before we wandered into the living space at the back of the bus. Calum was sprawled accross the huge couch, and Luke was spinning an empty beer bottle on the floor.
"Spin the bottle?"
