*2 Years Later*

"Y/N, are you okay?" Michael asked, as I stood up from the toilet where I had been vomitting, and I flushed it before washing my hands.
"I'm fine," I mumbled, grabbing my toothbrush, and squeezing a small amount of toothpaste onto it, "I think--I think I just have a stomach bug." I stammered, before I quickly brushed my teeth, and slouched on the bathroom floor.
"Y/N," Michael began, and he slouched down beside me so I could put my head on his shoulder, "I don't think--I don't think you have just a stomach bug."
I gulped whilst lifting my head, and Michael intertwined our fingers.
"Are you saying what I think you're saying?" I mumbled, whilst Michael rubbed the back of my hand with his thumb. He didn't answer, but instead, kept staring towards a shelf, on which a small white box rested. We were interrupted by loud music downstairs, and a sudden eruption of both loud, and quiet laughing.
"We'd better get back to my birthday party." Michael sighed, and we stood up simultaneously, and made our way downstairs, where Ashton was dancing with Arya on his shoulders; Summer danced beside them, all three laughing and smiling, whilst Calum leaned against the counter in the kitchen.
"Hey, Y/N!" Jade shouted from the kitchen, and I made my way over to her as Luke prepared a drink; Michael slouched on the couch, suprisingly unhappy despite the fact that it was his birthday.
"Hi, Jade." I said, as she smiled enthusiastically whilst sipping the drink Luke had prepared.
She placed the cup back on the counter, as Luke slung one arm around her shoulder.
"I didn't show you my ring." Jade said, lifting her hand so I could see the engagement ring on her finger; it was simple, yet beautiful: a silver band, with a large diamond in the centre, that casted rainbows across the kitchen as the light hit it.
"It's beautiful." I said, and Luke smiled, nuzzling his head in Jade's shoulder as she smiled back.
"AUNTY Y/N!" A small voice shouted; I walked into the living room, just as Arya jumped up at me, and I caught her successfully in my arms.
"Hey, Arya!" I laughed, as she squirmed in my arms to be put down, and then ran back to Ashton.
"Uncle Mikey need his present!" She giggled, and Michael's gaze shifted to her, and he smiled lightly; Summer held a small parcel, and with Arya's 'help', carried the carefully wrapped box over to Michael.
Luke, Calum and Jade walked into the living room, as Arya jumped up and down beside Michael, who sat forward in his seat.
"Should I open it?" He asked, and Arya nodded her head enthusiastically as Michael began lifting the lid off of the box. A small 'meow' escaped the parcel, and a smile crept accross Michael's face, as a small paw began to escape from the small gap between the lid and the box.
"You got me a cat?" Michael said to Arya, who laughed uncontrollably as the small animal climbed out of the box, and onto Michael's lap.
"She picked him." Summer smiled, as her head rested gently on Ashton's shoulder.
The small kitten crept accross the sofa, nuzzling into the side of Michael's leg as it began to curl up.
"What should we call him?" Michael asked, as I sat beside him and the kitten on the sofa; Arya stroked his head gently, as the others busied themselves preparing drinks in the kitchen.
"I don't know." I said, my thoughts drifting toward something else, as I watched Ashton climb the stairs to the bathroom.
"Mikey..." I trailed off, as I stood up, and followed Ashton; Michael saw what I was doing, and also followed nervously, as Summer and Arya played with the kitten in the living room.
As we reached the top of the stairs, I heard Ashton mutter something, before he emerged slowly out of the bathroom, with a confused expression plastered accross his face.
"Are you--"
"I don't know." I interrupted, as Michael rubbed the side of my arm gently; Ashton nodded, moving out of the doorway and gesturing for me to enter.
"Aren't you going to find out?" He asked, sniffing slightly, and running his hands through his hair.
I glanced at Michael, who smiled at me in encouragement, and eventually, I made my way into the bathroom.

--

"Is it done yet?" Michael mumbled from outside of the bathroom, quite obviously tapping his feet as I slouched on the bathroom floor.
A small beep signalled that the test was ready, and I stood up, not reading what it said before Michael entered the bathroom. Ashton stood impatiently in the doorway, as Michael walked towards me, grabbing one of my hands gently in his.
We put our foreheads together, as I lifted the test to see the result; two small pink lines.
Michael breathed in suddenly, and a small tear slipped down his cheek, as I pulled away and looked at the test again.
"Michael-- I."
"You're pregnant." Michael said, and as I looked up, a small smile spread accross his face; a smile that, despite its size, showed only one thing:

Happiness.
