Y/N's POV
Light streamed through the blinds in my room, across the blanket that was draped loosly over Michael and I. He was still cuddled into me, his head still buried into my neck, as I tried to get up; this time to eat.
"Mmmhh five more minutes." Michael mumbled, pulling me back down onto the bed and tightly wrapping his arms around me.
"I'm huuuungrryyy." I said, and acting like a 5 year old made Michael laugh, and with his usual morning voice, it sounded pretty cute; I loved his laugh.
Because I complained, he didn't answer, purposely to make me annoyed, but then started drawing small circles on my hip, that was exposed due to the fact that I was in one of his shirts.
I closed my eyes, calmed and prepared to go back to sleep, until I heard quiet mumbling outside of my room. I listened for a while, able to identify that one of the two voices was my Mum; I recognised the other, a woman's voice, but wasn't able to pin exactly whose it was.
I focussed, instead, on trying to sleep again, which was helped by the sound of Michael's slow breathing behind me. As I almost drifted off, my door slowly creaked open, and I opened one eye slightly. I still couldn't see anyone for a few seconds, but managed to identify who was in my room when they started to speak again.
"They look so cute." I realised this was my Mum, and almost sat up to tell her to leave my room (I'm not a morning person) until the second voice spoke.
"They're so cute! Michael still sleeps late!" I realised, after this person spoke, that Michael was awake, and as I realised this, he sat up.
"Mum?" He said, and at this, I sat up too, to face my Mum standing at my door, behind Michael's Mum, Karen. Michael jumped out of my bed, throwing his arms around his Mum, who almost fell backwards out of my door. When he eventually let Karen breath, I laughed, as he was only in his sweatpants. My mum smiled, walking out of my doorway, and downstairs.
"You almost crushed me!" Karen shouted, and then laughed when she noticed Michael was only in his sweatpants. "I'm just gonna..." and she left my room, closing the door and walking to wherever my Mum had.
"What?" Michael said, turning around, and running his hands through his hair; I continued laughing at how oblivious he was.
"You're only in your sweatpants and our Mums just walked in." I laghed some more, as we both began to get dressed.
---------------------------------------------------------"Please tell me." Michael begged. We were standing in front of eachother in the hallway as Karen looked for her car keys; I'd managed to persuade Michael to go with her, even if it was just grocery shopping. And now, he was begging me to tell him what I wanted for my Birthday.
"I said I don't know. I don't really like birthdays anymore that's why I didn't mention it." I laughed a little, and Michael brought me into a gentle hug, placing his head on top of mine.
"You're lying if you say you don't like birthdays. I like birthdays." He said, and tried to tickle me. I laughed, and managed to avoid him, and failed at attempting to swerve around the topic of birthdays.
"You like birthdays because you're 5," I began, and Michael laughed, "You haven't seen your Mum for ages just go, spend some time with her." He smiled, kissing the top of my head as Karen came around the corner of the living room with her keys in her hand.
"I'm going to spend time with my Mum..." Michael trailed off, as he and Karen walked out of the door. He placed his hand on the handle before turning around, "I'm just not going to forget that my girlfriend is twenty is 3 days, and that I'm going to buy her a present, no matter what she says." And with that, he walked out of the door.
Mum walked around the corner three seconds later, just has Karen had, with the phone in her hand, and again, I noticed Ashton was gone.
"Mum where's Ashton?" I asked, and she placed the phone on the counter before turning around.
"At Summer's house again," she said, grinning, "She just rang actually, she wants you to go around there. I think she and Ashton are making dinner or something. It'd be good for you to see a friend after a while away." I smiled at Mum, and began collecting my jacket, and slipping on my combat boots; a black pair, that were slightly worn, that I'd gotten 2 years ago for a birthday. Suprisingly, they'd still fit, but the topic of birthdays didn't; I'd grown less fond of them over the last few years, and I never knew why.
I waved at Mum, before leaving the house, and walking towards my car on the driveway. I got in, and fastened my belt, before putting in my favourite All Time Low CD, and skipping to the song Michael and I had played in the music store. I began to sing along as I pulled away from the house, and driving down the road and out of the street.
It only took 15 minutes to get to Summer's house, and I sat outside for around 10 minutes before going in. I knocked on the door, but no one answered, so I guessed, since Summer was my best friend (although I hadn't seen her since a few weeks before we left for the UK) that I could walk in. I opened the door, turning around to close it, completely disregarding the scene in front of me until I turned around again.A/N Okay, so I'd like to apologise for the amount of fillers lately, but I want this fanfic to have at least 30 chapters before the end (which i have planned in my head). I've been using fillers to make it longer because I don't want it to be too short, but I hope its okay so far!! :) (Get ready for drama, because there will be drama soon XD)
