Epilogue

So... this didn't go quite as planned for them. What exactly happened to the, "Everyone, I'm sorry, but... you won't see us with little kids running around any time soon. I'm sorry, Mom & Dad."?

Let's start from the beginning. So, just like any other newlywed couple, Jongin and Soojung go on a honeymoon. Practical, right? Well, things got pretty heated *cough cough* and lots of things happened.

*coughs and chokes on spit*

Yeah, so now they're currently sitting in a sonogram room for their first OB/GYN visit. You can probably guess by now that Soojung's pregnant.

The door opens and a woman walks in with a clipboard in her hand. With such manners, the woman shakes the couples' hands and sits down by her sonogram machine.

"Congratulations, Miss Soojung! You two will have a beautiful child in 9 months." Dr. Kim sets the clipboard onto her lap and begins writing in a portion of the sheet of paper.

"Mr. Jongin, you look like you're about to die?" Dr. Kim chuckles at the young man who's shaking like a hurricane in his chair. It's not that he's scared of having a kid, but he's already sorry for Soojung who has to go through hell to give birth to his child.

Aw, what a good husband.

After Dr. Kim finishes writing stuff on the sheet of paper, she flips the switch on the machine that turns the whole sonogram machine on. Then she flicks off the lights to the room.

"I want this to be twins; a boy and a girl." Soojung suddenly announces, shocking both her husband and her OB/GYN.

"WHAT?! WHY?" Jongin blurts, not wanting to imagine his wife giving birth to two kids. Oh, she's going to be probably screaming her ass out and he's just gonna have to watch her suffer.

"I'll explain in the car~" Soojung threads her hand through Jongin's and glances at the doctor who's holding a bottle of gel in her hand.

"Can you lift up your shirt so I can squirt the gel on, please and thank you!" The young doctor exclaims and watches the couple fight over who gets to lift up the shirt.

Now that the goddamn shirt is done being lifted up after 1.13 minutes, Dr. Kim begins squirting the gel on Soojung's lower belly. She sets down the bottle and picks up the probe.

"Shall we take a look?" Dr. Kim smiles and let's the probe fall onto the patient's lower abdomen. Moving it around a little until it focuses on her womb.

All eyes are on the monitor when Dr. Kim sees something... thrilling. Trying to hold in her shriek and fan-girl smiles, she tries to do her job correctly.

"Wait... wait." Soojung puts her hand up to her mouth and covers it. No way, there's no way... she thinks.

Sensing that Soojung knows what's going on, Dr. Kim stops moving the probe around and looks at the two. Jongin, who's been watching this whole thing like an important movie, looks as puzzled as a toddler.

"Do you want me to tell him?" Dr. Kim asks Soojung and grins. Holding back happy tears, Soojung nods her head.

"She's having triplets!"

Hearing those words, Jongin somehow slips and falls on the ground.

"T... triplets?!" Jongin struggles back onto his feet and almost pulls Soojung onto the ground.

"Look." Dr. Kim nods her head towards the monitor screen. Yup, there they are; three little embryos.

"Soojung... it's triplets..." Jongin blankly stares at her. She laughs and tries to hug him.

"I asked for twins and I get triplets! Oh, I'm so happy!" Soojung squeals and looks back at the screen.

Oh my, they'll be such a handful.

Jongin, finally getting his sh*t back together, kisses her in the forehead while looking at his three future children. 

"Thank you, my love, for giving me such a blessing."
