Chapter 6- I'll have to cocktail too

So, a quick note before I start, this chapter is gonna be a little shorter, I guess. But not very short, so yeah...

Chapter 6- I'll have to cocktail too

I woke up to Aaron's arm around my waist and smiled. Thank god for best friends. Without Aaron, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. I slipped out of his grip and made my way to the shower. After taking a quick shower, I wore some random sweat pants and a top.

I decided on making noodles, since that's the only thing I can cook. I make some noodles for myself because if I don't eat again, Aaron will get suspicious. I stopped the whole starving and self harm thing a year ago, but situations seemed to trigger it again. I can't let Ethan or Aaron know again.

"Em, where are you?" Aaron called.

"Kitchen" I answered.

"What are you cooking?" He asked.

"The only thing I'm capable of cooking."

"Noodles?"

"Yep"

"I'll set the plates up and call Ethan." Aaron said and I nodded.

Once the noodles were ready, I put them on the two plates Aaron had set up. Wait 2? Where was Ethan?

"Where is Ethan?" I asked.

"He said he will eat something at the hospital canteen."

"Okay" I said and started eating.

"Em, I know it is not the best time, but I have to share something with you."

"Okay......."

"IthinkilikeLucy."

"Slowly please."

"I think I like Lucy." He confessed.

"Really?! That's amazing!! I'm soooooooo happy for you guys!! Did you ask her out?! What did she say?!"

"I haven't told her yet. I don't know how to." He admitted.

"Do something cheesy. Lucy loves cheesy." I said.

"Thanks. Oh, yes, get ready we have basketball practice." Aaron said.

I loved basketball. It helped me a lot to cope up with situations. It is my everything. If it wasn't for basketball, I would be sulking right now. Basketball brings out the best within me. I put on my No.16 jersey and shorts and waited near the car.

"Hurry up!"

"Done already!" Aaron says, rushing towards the car.

"Let's go."

TIME LAPSE(AFTER BASKETBALL)

To say I was tired would be an understatement. I was beyond exhausted since coach decided that Aaron and I would have to 'cover' for Ethan so all our exercises and tasks were doubled. We spent almost half the day at practice. When we came back home, we lay on the couch, our bodies lifeless.

"My bones hurt." Aaron complained.

"My muscles feel as if they have been stretched a mile." I complained.

"Coach went pretty harsh on us."

"I can't even move." Then, the door bell rang.

"It is open!" Aaron yelled. In came...Lucy?

"Why are you two lying on the couch?" She asked.

"Basketball" I managed to answer.

"Tough day?" Lucy asked and we nodded.

"Well anyways, go take a shower and get ready you two, we have a party to attend!" Lucy beamed.

"No!" Aaron and I whined.

"Get up sweaty pigs!" She yelled.

"We still have two whole hours left!" I complained.

"That's right only two hours! Hurry up!" She commanded and we had to follow.

Aaron went into my brother's room while I went to shower in mine. Once I exited the shower, Lucy was in my room wearing the world's best dress(picture on top)! Her dress was black with sparkle on some places paired with matching earrings, bracelet and heels. It highlighted all her curves and made her look perfect!

"You look amazing!" I commented as she finished her make up.

"Thanks, and oh, you are wearing that!" She said cheerfully, point at a dress that lay on my bed.

It was fabulous. It was blue in colour with some sparkle and skillfully paired with silver heels, earrings, and a bracelet. But it was short and would expose my fat thighs.

"I--- I can't wear it." I sighed.

"You have to Emily it is amazing!" Lucy argues.

"I can't Lucy, it is too short." I say.

"So, don't need to be so self conscious and you are wearing it and that's final."

"Fine." I sighed and put on the dress.

"Come on make up time." Lucy smiles.

After an hour of running random colour brushes on my face, playing 5SOS music, and pulling my hair, Lucy announced, "Done."

I got up and looked into the mirror. I saw a completely different girl. A girl who looked really pretty although she wasn't sexy thin. I was amazed by the magic Lucy did on me. I got into my heels and Lucy and I walked down the stairs. As Aaron saw us, he gasped.

"Oh lord, what have I done to be friends with two such beautiful ladies?" Aaron moaned.

I hit him playfully while Lucy only blushed. Lucy and I hooped arms with Aaron and proceeded towards the car. Aaron parked the car and we stepped out to view the site of the massive mansion owned by Parker.

It was royally white and several cars were parked around it. The pool in the backyard was so huge that it was even visible from the front gate. This guy was rich. As me stepped into the mansion, the smell of alcohol hit my nose and loud music invaded my ears.

"Let's get a drink!" Lucy yelled over the music. Aaron handed Lucy some kinda cocktail while I got only Coke.

"I want something with alcohol." I demanded.

"You sure Em? You have never had alcohol before." Aaron asked .

"I am." I said and Aaron handed me a cocktail too.

My first time with alcohol. I sighed and gulped the liquid down my throat. A burning sensation took over me, but it was soon replaced by pleasure. This was actually good!

"This night just got interesting." I giggled.
