I hate the rainforest. So mucky and humid.
"Winter, lets—" Qibli was cut off. Winter turned around to face the SandWing. Wait. Where did he go?
"It's just us!" Kinkajou yelled.
Suddenly the trees began shimmering and dragons started appearing.
"You can go through the NightWing village." A neon yellow RainWing said.
Once again, Winter was trudging through the rainforest. He was covered in mud, turning him into a MudWing.
"Mom!" Moon suddenly cried out. Winter looked up and saw NightWings, a lot of NightWings. Moon ran up to a female NightWing, who had her wings wide open.
"Why are you here?" She asked. "I told you not to run away."
Moon started explaining in a hushed voice, her eyes wide.
Time to get this muck off. Winter started cleaning his now brown scales throughly. Soon he was shimmering like ice.
"It's an IceWing!" Someone called out. "Why is he here?"
Suddenly Winter was crushed under something heavy.
"Deathbringer!" A voice yelled. "I never told you to sit on a visitor!"
"But he's a stranger," Deathbringer complained. "And he's a IceWing! He might be here to kill you!"
"First of all, he is not a stranger, he is Prince Winter," The voice said exasperated, who turned out to be Glory. "Second of all, he will not kill me."
"How do you know?" Deathbringer asked. "He might, he is an IceWing after all."
"Get off of him." Glory ordered.
Winter felt the weight shifted off of him, leaving him aching all over.
"Sorry for Deathbringer, he's a bit, well, overprotective." Glory apologized, glaring at the NightWing, who was trying to look innocent but failed.
"It's fine," Winter said gruffly, ruffling his wings. "Let's go somewhere quiet."
"Follow me." Glory took off in a swirl of colors, Deathbringer following.
"Let's go," Qibli said. "We don't have all day."
They all too off, following the two dragons in front of them.
They arrived at a wooden platform so well disguised that if you just glance at it you won't be able to notice it. Glory faced them, her face serious.
"Do you know how much my friends have been worried about you?" She started.
"Didn't Turtle tell them?" Kinkajou asked.
"Yes, sending a SeaWing to tell them, 'Hey, the Jade Winglet went to chase an evil IceWing,' is so reassuring." Glory said, her scales swirling with different colors. "I'm sure that they won't worry."
"Sorry," Moon said, shuffling her talons. "We thought it would be for the best."
"I understand," Glory said. "But think of the others too, okay?"
The dragonets nodded in unison.
"No more dragon chasing across Pyrrhia." Glory said sternly.
"But—" Kinkajou started, but shut her mouth, seeing Glory's expression.
