"Brittney come on!" Zach said pulling her into the school.

"Zach... what... what are we doing here?! Why school?" I asked trying to keep up with the others. He shrugged his shoulders as we walked into a computer room.

"We have a computer room?" I asked shocked.

"Dude the geeks must love it here!" Zach said looking around. I giggled as my dad frowned at me.

"Guys I'm getting something." Woody said turning on the TV. The news reporter started to talk about the aliens coming. Zach slipped his hand into mine, entwining our fingers. I squeezed his hand tight nervous. After the news bulletin finished I turned to look at everyone.

"W... what now then?" I asked quietly. Zach squeezed my hand trying to comfort me.

"I'm leaving... I'm not going through this again." Herman said walking out. My dad and Woody followed him, Zach went to but I pulled him back.

"C... can we talk a minute?" I asked quietly.

"What's up?" He asked worried.

"You guys are gonna go fight that thing... what happens if... if..."

"Brit babe, we are gonna be okay. I promise you. You gotta trust me."

"Zach..." He cut me off by smashing our lips together. I wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him closer. As we pulled away I whispered, "I'm sorry I kicked your ass earlier." I started giggling causing him to chuckle.

"I just didn't want to hurt you, I coulda taken you on." I rolled my eyes and kissed him again.

"Whatever you say baby." I teased. "Just... please look after my dad. He's gonna try and play the hero and I can't lose him. Please..."

"I promise. We'll be back soon... then we can celebrate properly without you trying to kill me," he said winking, I started blushing, he smiled and kissed me again, lifting me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and arms around his neck deepening the kiss.

"I love you Brit," he whispered against my lips. I was shocked, he had never said that before. He had never been that serious in previous relationships. I smiled and smashed our lips together.

"I love you too Zach." I said before we started making out again.

"AHEM!" We jumped and Zach dropped me but caught my waist to stop me falling on my ass. I turned around to see my dad watching us. "I hate to interrupt but we have a world to save," my cheeks had turned the colour of blood, Zach dropped his hand from my waist. Dad left the room and we started walking out when he grabbed my arm pulling me into him connecting our lips once more.

"Needed a good luck kiss," he whispered winking.

"Good luck Lazer Boy," I giggled. He rolled his eyes and held up his laser.

"Dude this laser totally makes me a man." I chuckled and kissed his cheek.

"Lazer Boy rolls off the tongue better though."
