Nagising ako dahil sa sunod-sunod na katok mula sa pintuan ng kwarto ko.

"Princess Rose may bisita ho kayong naghihintay sa meeting hall."

"Yes Nana. Ipaghintay mo muna siya diyan sa baba."

It's been 2 weeks simula ng mangyari ang lahat. Nakalabas na si Jack sa hospital. Araw-araw pa din kaming dumadalaw sa hospital upang bisitahin ang iba pang gumagaling na mga gaya niya at pagkatapos, namamasyal kami. I'm teaching him everything that he needs to know.

I looked at the clock. It's still 7:00 am. Sa pagkakatanda ko 8:30 pa naman ang usual na dating ni Jack. It seems he's too early for today huhh...

Bumangon na ako at nagpunta sa bathroom. It takes an hour bago ako tuluyang natapos. I wear a dark red dress and a black heeled boots. I also put a white mascara at lip balm. I clipped the both side of my hair. I stared to myself at the mirror. Well, i looked fabuluos.

It's 8:15 when I last checked my wrist watch. Bumaba na ako sa hagdan at dumiretso sa Meeting Hall.

"Jack, it seems that you're too ear.......ly"

I was astonished. Mas gugustuhin ko nalang umakyat pabalik sa kwarto ko. Hindi si Jack ang lalaking humarap sa akin. It's Prince Harris Kyle of Armania.

"Wow! My girl looks so beautiful. Good morning sweetheart!"

Gusto ko siyang sampalin sa pinagsasabi niya. He holds my hands and he attempted to kiss the back of my palm. Ngunit agad kong binawi ang kamay ko.

"Tamang-tama Rose because we will be attending a press conference for today para sa nalalapit nating kasal, the merging of two kingdoms, Armania and Rockwell."

"Sorry Kyle but wala ng kasalang mangyayari. I'd tried, but it's just I don't love you Kyle. I'm really sorry!" I managed to spit out what's really on my mind right at that moment.

"NO! YOU CAN'T JUST CANCEL WHAT WE'VE PLANNED ROSE."he yelled.

"What I mean is para ito sa mas ikabubuti ng kaharian natin, ng mga nasasakupan natin. I can give and do everything for you Rose. Mahal kita." He calmly said to me.

Hinawakan niya ng mahigpit ang wrist ko.

"Rose please don't do this. Pupunta pa rin tayo sa press conference ngayon. Let's go?"

"Ouch! Bitawan mo ko. Hindi ako sasama sa iyo. Let go of my hand!"

Hindi pa rin niya tinatanggal ang mahigpit niyang pagkakahawak sa wrist ko. Mas lalo pa niya itong hinigpitan maybe because of his anger. Nararamdam ko na ang hapdi at pamumula ng balat ko dahil sa higpit ng pagkakahawak sa wrist ko.

"Ano ba Kyle! Nasasaktan na ako. Sabi ng bitawan....."

Hindi ko na naituloy pa ang sunod na sasabihin ko. Bumulagta si Kyle sa sahig. Dumugo ang labi niya. Jack punched him so hard. Nakikita ko ang galit na ekspresyon mula sa mukha niya. It's my first time to see him like this. Thank God he arrived just in time.

"Halika na Rose."

Jack gently holds my hand. Hindi pa kami nakakaalis ay tumayo na ulit si Kyle.

"At saan mo dadalhin ang fiancee ko? Ohh, I'd like to inform you Jack, Rose is mine now at nalalapit na ang kasal namin."

Natulala si Jack sa narinig niya. He was totally shocked. Hinigit na naman ni Kyle ang left wrist ko. Wala pa ring imik si Jack at tahimik lang siyang nakatungo.

"No Jack! It's not what you're thinking. It's a planned wedding arrangement to merge the two kingdoms. But I swear to God, noon paman, tutol na ako sa planong ito. Jack, ikaw ang gusto ko noon paman and in such time na nakasama kita bilang si J, I realized how much I love you Jack."

"Bullshit Rose! You love that corpse? Hindi kayo bagay. He's a shit while you're a princess. You're meant for a prince like me." Kyle exclaimed.

"He's not a corpse. He's a human, magaling na siya. At ano man si Jack, I'll still choose him over you . At sino ka para diktahan ako sa nararapat sa akin Kyle? Let go of my wrist at nasasaktan ako."

"You're insane Rose!"

"ENOUGH!" Jack yelled. It's the first time I see him like this.

He held my waist and pulled me closer to him and that made Kyle released my wrist. My head landed on his chest in a slow motion. I can hear his heartbeat. I blushed. Ang bilis ng tibok ng puso ko. I can feel all the butterflies in my stomach.

"You've heard enough Kyle. Respetuhin mo ang desisyon ni Rose. Nobody owns her bro. Let Rose decide for her own."

"Wag mo akong tawaging bro dahil matagal ka ng patay para sa akin. Noon ko pa pinagdarasal na sana tuluyang mawala ka na. Masyado kang mapapel sa buhay ko simula pa lang nung mga bata pa tayo. You deserve that plague, you deserve to become a monster! Okey na sana ang lahat kung hindi ka lang bumalik."

I slapped Kyle's face. Halatang nabigla siya sa ginawa ko. Masyado na niyang binabastos ang pinsan niya and that made me hate him more than before.

"Fuck! You'll regret this. Hindi pa tayo tapos!"he yelled.

He walked out of the room. There was a total silence.

"Jack, I'm sorry!" I placed my palm on my face and tears fell from my eyes.

Lumapit siya sa harapan ko and he embraced me. He raised my chin and he wiped the tears on my face using his hands. Nakatitig lang ang mga mata niya sa mata ko.

"Shhhhh... Tahan na. Ayokong nakikita kang umiiyak. Rose, wala kang kasalanan. We will face this problem... together..okay? Hindi ako papayag na mapunta ka sa kanya... Kyle had changed a lot.."

I placed my head on his chest. Right now, he made me feel better.I wish we can stay like this forever. But we should also face the consequence after what we've started.
This is just the beginning of it.
