Cooper's POV:

I glanced over to see Luke and Becca, or as I like to call them, Lecca (#Lecca4life) sprawled over the floor. They were both holding their phones and seemed to be in a moment, just staring into each others' eyes.

Ashton was busy chatting with some girl. They seemed to know each other. The girl struck me as shy and timid. But she was kind of adorable, to be honest.

I didn't know what to do. I was alone. But my thoughts of solitude were interrupted by the 'ding' of my phone.

I took it out to see that Will had texted me. A smile made its way on my face unknowingly. This boy would be the death of me, I swear.

: Heyyyyyyyy. Whatcha doin'? I miss you xxxxxxxxxxxx :

I barked out a laugh at his text. It was so cute. He was so cute.

Okay, I was so whipped.

: Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. I'm at the ice skating rink with Bec, Ash and the famous sex god Luke. But Ash is talking to some random girl and Lecca are having a moment. I'm alone and miss you too xoxoxoxoxoxoxo :

"Really? A 'sex god'?" Ash chuckled from over my shoulder.

"Oh, crap," I mouthed at Ashton. I hoped he hadn't out two and two together.

But, he had. Of course he had.

"Oh crap is right. I'm guessing this Will guy is texting is, you know, 'him', right? The one who, um, Becca, uh," he replied, obviously not wanting to complete the sentence.

"Yeah. She doesn't know," I said, burying my head in my hands.

"Hey. It's okay, man. She's over it. And if you truly love him, she'll understand," he comforted me, placing a hand on my shoulder.

"By the way, I want you to meet 'some random girl'," Ashton said, gesturing to the girl he was talking to earlier. I hadn't even noticed her there.

"H-hi. Uh, my name's Alexis. It's, uh, it's nice to meet you," she shyly said, tugging at her sweater sleeves and not meeting my eyes.

She finally looked up at Ashton, who gave her an encouraging nod. A faint blush crept up her cheeks.

It took all my willpower not to 'aww' at them out loud. Instead, I excused myself away from them and went back to texting Will.

Becca's POV:

We decided to head back home after a while, but were stopping somewhere to eat.

We didn't really ice-skate all that much. Cooper was busy texting his Will, Luke and I were just laying on the floor and arguing about whether girls' hair is tougher to maintain that guys' hair (I totally won that one. Guys' hair is tougher to maintain). Ashton introduced us to a girl named Alexis. Apparently they worked together for a project and he tutored her for extra credit as well.

I could sense something going on between him and Alexis. Actually, anybody could, from the way he looked at her.

So the five of us, Alexis now included, set off in search of a diner. We found a decent looking one pretty soon.

At the diner, Luke sat to one side of me while Cooper sat on the other. Alexis and Ash sat on the other side of the table.

We all ordered, and I ordered for both Luke and myself.

I was struggling to keep my eyes open. I stifled a yawn and lay my head on Luke's shoulder. He sighed and began stoking my hair. Again, it felt like we were the only ones in this world. And it felt beautiful.

He slowly shook me. When I didn't respond, he lifeless me up bridal style and carried me outside.

What the hell?

We need to talk, he signed.

I sighed, knowing that he probably wanted to talk about the kiss. It was inevitable. I was giving up sleep and food for this boy. I was giving up the two most precious things in life for Luke.

'I loved that kiss. And I want so many more like that. I'm so, so sorry for running away like that. But you understand me so well. And you mean so damn much to me. And I want you to be mine.' Luke stated, looking directly into my eyes.

Ho-ly mother of cow. That was not exactly what I was expecting. But it was so beautiful. It's that beautiful moment, when you like someone, and they like you back (A/N- Not like I would know, though xD).

Instead of replying in the form of words, I tugged him closer and placed my lips on his. It was a soft, lingering kiss, conveying affirmation. And mutuality.

When we pulled apart, I brought my hands up to sign to him.

What do you mean when you say that you want me to be yours? I asked.

I'm asking you to be my girlfriend. But, not right here. I want to ask you out properly. So, another date, maybe? He asked me hopefully.

Yes. I nodded, basically answering both his questions.

We were about to head back inset when Luke lingered behind for a few moments. I paused to look at him questioningly.

He help up his index finger, meaning the number one, and tapped his puckered lips.

He wanted one last kiss.

I laughed and obliged, leaning into his touch as he wound his hands around my waist. We kissed for a few a while longer before pulling apart. He touched my cheek with one hand and traced every feature of my face as I did the same with his.

All of a sudden, I hugged him out of instinct. And that hug took me to a warm, safe and protected place. That hug conveyed so much more than no number of words, mo matter how large, could.

That was when it hit me. I finally figured it out. Luke was the one. Extremely cliché, I know. But, I just felt it. And it shocked me so much, that a boy so breathtaking, wanted me to be his. Luke was so much more than he thought he was. And I was going to show him just how much he's worth.
