Four Months Later

*Vic's POV*
Kellin was now eight months, almost nine and he looked adorable as ever.

"Viiiiiiic, help me!" He whined.

I walked over to him, "What's wrong?"

"I can't get up," he pouted as he pounded his fist onto the couch, "It's your fault for getting me pregnant."

I chuckled, "Oh, darling," he held out his arms as I pulled him up, "You're so adorable."

"I won't be adorable when I murder you," He muttered, "Ow! Stop it, baby!"

I entered panic mode, "What is it? Is she ready?"

"No! She freaking kicked me!" He waddled over to the fridge, making me laugh, "What's so funny?"

"Nothing," I pressed my lips together, trying not to laugh again.

He took out a tub of icecream and a spoon, leaning on the kitchen counter, "Why do you want icecream now? We had icecream for breakfast!" He talked to his belly.

"She's going to be the sweetest little girl," I smiled at him.

He was going to take a bite of his icecream when he suddenly dropped it to the floor, his eyes wide open, "Vic, call the ambulance, I think my water broke."

He was on the hospital bed, doctors were surrounding him as they carefully began performing the c-section.

I was holding onto his hand, "Everything's going to be fine, we'll have our child in a few."

I watched as they cut him open, placing his guts onto a table.

I tried my best to keep my poker face but I guess he could tell there was something weird going on, "What are they doing?"

"Uhh, they're, um, opening your stomach."

"Oh," he said uncomfortably.

I watched as they now cut his abdomen, blood spilling out at an alarming rate. I quickly looked back at Kellin, his pale skin getting paler by the second and his heart monitor was going crazy.

"What is happening to him?!" I shouted.

"We're losing him," Dr. Tyler said.

I held Kellin's face, "Stay with me, don't close your eyes!"

His eyelids were slowly drooping, "Tell Copeland I love her," he said weakly.

"What?" It took me a moment to realize that he was talking about our daughter, "No, you're going to tell her that yourself. Look at me, you're going to say that to her, you hear me?"

He smiled as we heard her first cry, tears of joy spilling down his face as they placed her on his chest, "She's so small and wrinkly," he managed to let out a small giggle.

"She looks like you," I couldn't help but start crying, she was finally here with us.

His hands around her went limp as I heard his heart monitor flatline, everything was going on too quickly. The nurses took her away, leaving me standing there frantically trying to see what was going on.

"Stand back," Tyler pushed me away, "We're going to perform defibrillation."

"One, two, three!" I watched as he took two electric pads and shocked him. His body violently jumped, "Clear!"

"Mr. Fuentes, I'm going to ask you to please step outside," a nurse said.

My last glance was seeing Kellin getting shocked again as his body violently jumped.

"I can't lose you, not you."
