today is all about finding closure with that ex-girlfriend (or boyfriend for my lady readers!)
when you and a girlfriend/boyfriend break up, and im talking long time relationship break up, you ALWAYS need to get closure. otherwise they will be forever awkward around you and his/her new girl/guy which may be your bestfriend.
so explain some things, talk about others, tell them a few things, dont say others. it really helps alot. especially when you had deep feelings for them and after the break-up you still care about them. it helps you to move on or fix things and make them better.
this is all for long term relationships. if you had a girl/guy for a week, you aint gotta talk about shit!
