They will always find out and you'll have hell to pay. I'm not sayin this because I'm a girl and all that bullshit and you expect me to say it. It's true.
Don't lie to her about ANYTHING. Even if you think it'll hurt her feelings because it hurts 1000 times worse when they find out it was a lie.

Pause...
You have two options.
1.) Say yes (because she does) and get the silent treatment/slap or something minor like that
2.) Say no (even though she does.) Her be happy for a bit until she finds out you LIED about it and you still think she looks fat.
Dude, it's like double trouble. So not worth it. Tell her the truth with everything and suffer a minor consequence compared to the major one you'll get if you lie.
Common sense.
