Marinette's POV

Today is the day, where I confess my love to Adrien. I got nervous at the thought of that. Alya has been giving courage to me all week, I am not going to back down.

The bell rang, people already started heading out.
"Okay everyone. Go read page 76-89 in your textbooks."

I quickly packed up my stuff. I rushed out the door to meet Adrien before he leaves.

I saw the dreamy, green eye boy heading outside.
"Um... c-can I talk w-with you." I said to Adrien.
"Sure, but I have to leave very soon."
"Oh. Ok-okay. Um... I l-like you, a-and I th-tho-thought we should g-get lunch to-together." Adrien stood quiet for a couple of seconds before he spoke up.

"I'm sorry Marinette. I don't see you that way."
My heart smashed.
I saw his limo pull up.
"Oh. My ride is here. You should go home, before it rains."
I used all my strength to pull back my tears, so he wouldn't feel pity.
I walked away into a alley, and letting all the tears fall down.
I felt Tikki's gentle touch.
"It's okay Marinette. You don't need him. If he doesn't see the real you, then he's not worth it."
I texted my mom that I will be at Ayla's house for the afternoon. I need to be Ladybug to let all my feelings out.
"Spots on."

I swung through the buildings of Paris to get to the Eiffle Tower. I stared over the city of love.
How is this the city of love if I don't feel any.

I heard a scream from the people below.

I saw a girl that was four years old, taking all the stuff animals. I shook my head. This is what I need. I have to focus only on my missions.

I kept fighting the akumatized girl for a few minutes, giving me enough time to see where is the akuma.
Chat Noir arrived to the scene.
"The akuma is in her teddy bear." I yelled at Chat.

We finally defeated the akuma.
Chat holded out his fist for our victory fist bumb. I gave him a sad smile,"Not today my silly kitty."
I heard the beeping of my earrings and ran into the bushes.
I saw Tikki flew out of my earrings.

She stared at me with her worry eyes. "It's okay Tikki, it will take me time to get over Adrien, but I need time."
She nodded.

Adrien's POV

What was wrong with ladybug? She didn't even do our victory fist bump with me.
Plagg sat there eating cheese. She probably had a bad day.
I got sadden by the feeling of my lady having a bad day.

Time skip (11:16)

I spotted M'Lady on top of the abuilding....sobbing. I ran towards her to see what was wrong.
"M'Lady...what's wrong?" She turned the other way, wiping her tears.
"I-it h-hurts." She whimpered.
She cried on my shoulder.
"Would you like to tell me, my lady." She was quiet for a moment or two, and finally said something.
"I-i had m-my heart brok..." She cried in tears. I knew what she meant.
Who would ever reject my lady.
I would never.

"Would you like to tell me who was it?"
She shook her head.
She probably think I will go after the guy, which I probably will.
I talked to her in my softest tone,"Please M'Lady. I won't hurt the guy."

"Ok-okay....i-it was Ad-adrein Agreste."
I stood there shocked are my stupidity.
I have no rights.
Saying the guy who was a idiot for saying no to Ladybug was actually....me.
No one asked me out today except...........
